Pros

Bloomfire is so amazing because its such a great product to have. Its literally the main source of knowledge for just about any question you could come up with for my company.
I like Bloomfire, but I think its success depends on your company's culture and their willingness to invest energy into it. It can certainly be a powerful tool.
Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links.

Pros

This platform is very easy to use and continues to improve with every update. Amazing for sales/recruiting and always has a responsive customer service.
It has an interesting interface, very affordable when it comes to be used and a top quality technical service.
It’s super easy to use and understand. Yo i love the Chatter feature because you can reach out to and keep anyone in the loop with any issues or important matters.

Cons

There is no foreseeable way to download content onto an iPad Pro. Several of our clients are now using the iPad Pro and are struggling to use Bloomfire on their devices.
Our documents are very large and they can not send in just a regular email. So we send them to bloom fire and it uploads and the person can get the document.
Sometimes it is hard to follow. Update changes are a little too extreme sometimes where it is hard to catch back up to the content you are seeking, especially for those who only enter it periodically.

Cons

One of the disadvantage which i find is to be with the pricing as it is on a bit higher side and the downtime is sometimes is very irritating.
Overall, their stability seems to have problems at the worst times. There have been several outages regarding email and reporting over the past months.
Lack of pdf generation on clicking of custom button is a MAJOR limitation. Very poor customer support.
