Easy to add notes and clean up PDF's to make them look and say the things you want. Like the fact my toolbox is saved and can be used over and over.
It's an excellent tool that makes it super easy to do all kinds of manipulations with PDF files which is often a big help in my line of work.
We use it daily and enjoy everything about it. The ease of Take-offs, legends, quantities, along with the ability to customize is the reason we all have it downloaded.
Cons
Bluebeam revu sometimes had a tendency to crash unexpectedly, which could prove frustrating at times.
Occasionally have trouble with printing to the program, but not frequently enough to stop using it as my PDF maker.
I have not gotten the hang of the zoom in and out feature of a document, which is frustrating.
