Pros

I love that the software is so approachable. I am a "super user" within our organization and am responsible for encouraging the use of Bluescape within our development process.
So fun to work with co-workers using this digital tool. Its perfect for creative design teams, trying to visualize concepts together.
Love reviewing creative marketing materials in this platform.

Pros

Super user-friendly, visually pleasing, and great customer service. It serves its purpose in a fun and modern way.
The customer care team are excellent at providing regular updates to ensure we are getting the most from the platform. Workvivo is such an excellent engagement tool.
Easy to use; nice interface; a great way to keep in touch with your coworkers, especially in this remote working period. We use it to celebrate birthdays, work anniveraries, etc.

Cons

Every time I use it my computer freezes, if I click wrong while writing then all of my text disappears, the navigation menu is confusing, and to go to a single bluescape board it opens like 3 tabs.
They often appear blurry and aliased. It makes them difficult to reference without taking snap shots of every section you're talking about.
We just abandoned those features and use with Teams.

Cons

It reminds me a lot of Facebook (which, personally, I stopped using over a year ago), but that isn't a gripe with the product as such - more my own feelings on social media.
No updates at present as we are still relatively new to using the system.
The mobile platform is not totally consistent with the desktop platform which is a cause of some frustrations - some features that work on the desktop aren't mirrored on the mobile app.
