Pros

Their customer service is outstanding and the product continues to develop and improve.
My favorite thing about using any platform is the elimination of paper. BoardDocs has been a great tool for its ease of accessing documents as well as how they are stored and listed.
Overall the transition to BoardDocs was seamless. I love using the program and would recommend to anyone considering a transition from paper to digital.

Pros

We were on Diligent Entities before which was very complicated to use. Athennian has an amazing conversion team.
Athennian is a fantastic platform for managing corporate entities in the cloud and on the go.
Support is amazing and fast. Given the program with no training, very easy to figure out.

Cons

I don't know that there's anything I dislike about the software other than a couple of quirky things mostly because it's a cloud-based program.
Difficult and inconsistent path to finding agenda for meetings from month to month. Reduces transparency of College functions—seems designed to do that.
By using this program it cuts the amount of time literally in half for doing the Board Meeting Agendas.

Cons

When we initially integrated the database was very West based and was missing a lot of functionality needed for the East.
I find Ownership tedious and cumbersome and I am still struggling with Tasks.
May be the screen I'm using, but transactions are hard to locate in the list.
