The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.
The best part has been the ease of initiating and deploying ConnectWise. It was important that we got a remote system up and running quickly and this software allowed us to do that.
The fact that my sessions are always losing connection and out of date. It also doesn't support Edge very well.
With that being said, ConnectWise has been 100% functional and satisfactory in this capacity. Super, super easy to deploy and use.

My overall experience of working with Remote has been excellent. Our support, [SENSITIVE CONTENT], is responsive, supportive and extremely helpful and professional.
Scheduled a meeting with the remote team and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] at remote.com but they cancelled my meeting without any attempt to reschedule nor stating the reason for the cancellation.
My thanks to everyone on the team that I have dealt with. Everyone is polite, helpful and genuinely interested in solving the problem.
The deadline to pay invoices - 1 week is very short to proceed all the documents internally.

The initial installation and configuration process is too long and causes trouble with some of our staff.
I loved the user interface and the ease of learning it. The customer service is good and it's a full-featured system.
I would like the software to have suggested lists for websites to block or trigger an alarm known to contain malware or commonly blocked by other businesses.
Overall the tool is great for tracking employes. With clean interface and good pricing.
At the check out you find out you have to pay a price higher than advertised.
It is easy to install and does the job of monitoring productivity effectively. I like the screen shot feature and the ability to easily identify productive versus unproductive sites.
It was a little difficult getting it set up on one of our computers.
This is a reliable solution and is one of our most important investments yearly.

The best features of Slack are its innovative interface and easy to use features. Slack makes it simple, and even kind of fun, to communicate with your coworkers quickly.
While they are only visible to me, I am always worried that I accidentally posted something wrong.
I like the different slack channels for various departments, tech-support, team, individual messaging, and celebrating my teams successes or helping each other out with account challenges.
I disliked the inability to make a public group "private" after it's creation. Would occasionally lag and my.
Slack has been a winner for me no matter which role I am filling. Teams adopt it quickly it's easy to use, easy to set up, and has abundant opportunities for integrations.
I hate hate hate how often I struggle with using the video share and audio when someone calls me on slack. It almost never works for me.
Slack has been the best decision made as far as intra-company communications platform, and also project friendly. Sharing of files and easy display help save time and effort.
They found it awkward that everything was a chat in Slack and uncomfortable with sending out a message that may "bother" others for small issues, and reverted to email, even with consistent reminders.

The only thing that we had problems with were some of the limitations that Google put on our email routing solution.
We are very happy with the visibility we have into our email response times.

What I liked best as the admin was being able to see my whole team's data side by side to see amount of emails for each person.
It is incredibly easy to use and gives me an excellent way to track our customer service response time.
It's very simple and you can start analyzing in now time. Plus customer service is "good.
Email Meter has been great for us to manage our customer service and account management team.
The features of this software are very easy to navigate. They've helped us throughout the process to make sure the components are compatible to what we're needing within our team.

This has been a great management tool for our company, the integration of comms has been great and has allowed us to cut down on mails as which has been amazing.
The worst thing is that some resources are paid, which limits the use of the platform by people who cannot pay.
The paid version has some excellent functionality additions like dependencies and custom labels/tags, which can be really helpful.
Sometimes tickets get lost or buried but I feel that this comes down to user error and workload management and is not so much a fault of ht software or design.
Overall, I love that Asana is super easy to use, but also has more advanced features when you need them.
I find it very inconvenient that I can't copy tasks to another project on mobile. This is my only complaint about Asana.

I love how easy it was to set up on my computer and the computer that I was accessing remotely. I also love how simple it is to use.
Previously I refused to pay for apps which lack performance. I had no reluctance in paying for this one.
I've used LogMeIn, GoToMyPC, Team Viewer, and other products before. Splashtop is as good as any of them, and at a better price, creating the best value.
The only thing I do not like, is that there are occasions where the full screen does not work and I am unable to see the task bar on the remote desktop.
I like that I am able to access up to 10 computers, I like that I am able to access multiple computer simultaneously. I also like that I am able to reboot the accessed computer with ease.
It was very difficult for me to change my password on splashtop when I forgot it. That was my only issue with splashtop.
This software is a great bargain compared to other such services I had looked in to.
The website was a little confusing regarding installation on the remote location.

The product is easy to use, very intuitive with the great choice of templates. I would like espeically to point out template for the House of Quality or QFD.
Only annoying thing was having to double-tap a lot of the things to make changes. And to redo the arrows after I'd rearrange the squares.
There is no better way to demonstrate how you can bring value to the most important stakeholders for your business- your amazing customers.
The only issue I found was no in regards to the software. More to do with the password reset option.
I love how easy and user friendly this software is to use, and how the document auto-expands as my thoughts do. I love flowcharts, and LucidSpark has definitely contributed to this love.
The available icons are often too limited and the requirement to upgrade to have access to the broader library seems a little petty.
It's a lot of fun, and easy to rearrange things on the screen. It has different shapes and colors to help differentiate different funnel elements.
If it were less expensive (<$5 per month) I would be more willing to pay for access to unlimited boards and shapes as an individual user.

Sometimes, the network fails to establish connection and we need to reboot the computer to get network back - mainly after application updates.

NordLayer has met all of our needs and I have never needed support, the product has just worked as advertised.
IPhone, Android, Linux, and Macintosh are all supported devices for this VPN, which allowed me to run the same VPN across all of my gadgets and get an excellent connection.

I have features missing, when I initially signed up I had space to add more technicians now I am over the amount of technicians I am allowed.
The ease of use is excellent, there is no major learning curve. Giving the end users the 'still in the office' experience of communicating directly with a technician is excellent.
I am struggling to think of any cons for this software, especially at this price point.
Our agents have found it to be reliable, easy to use, and supported clients have also found it easy to work with. Our technical support capabilities have been greatly amplified by using this tool.

From the beginning the setup was quick and easy. The system is responsive and works for my client's use case (distributed business operations team).
This cloud software is so user friendly, I sometimes forget I am not working on my own computer desktop.

Their support has been great in helping me with any issues I have, and that has been very few and far between.
Notifications that uploads have been unsuccessful are a little too subtle - meaning that you can miss it if you are working quickly (as we so often are during board pack creation).
The Board is happy with the software, it is user friendly, displays well on computer, tablet, or phone. As an admin I am happy with the support whenever it is needed.
Sometimes the icons are confused and even when you created a page, the icons inside this page are weird.
OnBoard has been great for our Board members and all users enjoy it. Great communication tool, very easy to use.
The video I could see and hear was choppy and hard to follow. I was unable to log in from my portable devices, and when I thought I was logged in, i could not be heard.
Also, the agenda is super easy to build. And it will be terrific to have all the board documents from our meetings saved on the portal and accessible at any time.
I'm not sure that it is an actual con, but, the permissions are a little confusing to me. I will set up meetings and resources for my boss to tell me they are not in OnBoard.

We are pleased that what we thought we were buying is what we ended up with as our end product. Overall we are very pleased.
While it is a good thing, so an outsider/average user it can be confusing or intimidating.
Overall, a great experience with Visual Planning. From implementation, to customization, training, support - it's all great and the platform helps us run much more efficiently than we were previously.
Initial setup and customization require a bit of time and effort which can be a hurdle for small businesses or teams with limited resources.
Visual Planning is a perfect project management platform which helps to improve collaboration.
It isn't a 2 minute setup, which won't work too well for small businesses, as it front loads some of the costs.

It is great to input information and the customer support has been amazing. The ability to input so many options and white label the intranet is outstanding.
Sometimes the formatting is lost when text is copied from other applications.

A few times we’ve experienced a glitch that caused content to be lost/missing from the platform, and we weren’t able to determine if it was a user error or a platform glitch.
My experience (Less than 1 year) lets me honestly say the support team is incredibly helpful (and they are super responsive) when I have a question and I know how to ask it.
No Google Docs integration yet (though the company says it will be there in 2017 release). Features like Single Sing On should be a part of base module, we were charged extra for it.
Good UI, easy to use, feature rich, very friendly and prompt customer support. This product has most of the features of Jive but is much more cost effective.
Functionality was put in, but there's no depth to it. For example, the site member csv does not accurately report space membership.

Terrible user interface. No way to resend a fax through the dashboard.
Dont need any hardware for this system and can use it anywhere. Has built in fax and sms capability and contact management, like the online portal for sms messaging very good and quick.
When you contact customer support, there is no urgency for them to assist you and never return your phone calls or emails. This is highly unprofessional as a business.

Strong speed Subscription plans are excellent and available to everyone.

Resource Guru is extremely easy to use and effective at managing a team. It loads quickly, is super reliable and is our go-to software for managing any project.
It's unfortunate that this tool doesn't link up with our PM tool, Asana. There's no 'undo' button if you accidentally click and drag a booking unknowingly.
Resource Guru is easy to use, and is updated to continue to make the product better for the customer. The repeatable booking function is fantastic.
Updating my work schedule/bookings is no longer a task that I dread.
I love how easy and simple Guru is to use. We spent so many years searching for a tool to fit our needs and only Guru could do what we needed - and better yet, it is so reasonably priced.
Differentiating between confirmed file and unconfirmed files. Unable to sort resources by experience level.
I like how easy and quickly the support team are there to assist when needed. I like how it shows you who has booked what and the daily reminders via email of what is coming up, etc.
It's a bit confusing the transition between the normal software and the Beta one.

It is well laid out and provides an excellent visual representation of staff, availability and what they are assigned to do for the near future. Very rapid data entry and manipulation.
We can also integrate to the API to easily see who has free time and surface this through other channels. It also allows the whole company to get a view on who is free and when.

I looked at a bunch of other services like this but this was the best. The interface is very easy to use and it functions flawlessly.
Not sure if that is the software fault or a problem with the script.
I liked it being user friendly and that it meets the demands for our company. I like how Avochato is willing to work with us to make it better and more personalized for our type of business.
Their customer service alone puts them in another league compared to the other companies and I have tried and used all of the mainstream platforms.
The product is very powerful and great value for the price. The customer service is some of the best I’ve ever dealt with.
The voicemail feature is a little annoying and I think shouldn't be an option.
Again, powerful, cost effective, and the Avochato support is amazing. This is the new way of connecting with my past clients.
Too many moving parts and probably not enough training - mostly operator error though.
Avochato gives us that capability that proved to be quick to deploy and use. We have increased our outreach capability with little effort and our customers love it.
I am really impressed with how easy this application integrates with other applications. We use other apps to manage our projects and the ability to integrate Avochato is a major plus.

The improvement you get in communication between employees is great and results in far better proficiencies across your whole business.
Many international debit/credit cards don't work on the payment platform, and to make matters worse the company shuts off access to your account as soon as a payment fails.
Best to remember that no commercially available product is going to be perfect for everyone, so taking this into consideration they have done a great job in developing the product.
The page refresh lags a bit. So sometimes when I'm working I find that things seem a bit sluggish.
Great support and they reach out quickly with answers or help resolve any issues in a timely manner.
The biggest negative aspect of this software is that you cannot conduct meetings with more than one person.

Nothing but great things to say, easy setup, fair pricing and a better system them my phone/Internet company was able to provide.
Any interaction is rude and the "service" is lacking.
We have been using Talkroute for a few months and it has been awesome.
The set up for the phone lines is unnecessarily confusing.
Talkroute uses traditional PSTN (public switched telephone network) call forwarding and every call has been reliable with perfect quality. Never going back to VOIP.
I dislike that the voicemail box gets full very quickly.
I love having the ability to use our smartphones with this service without having to use data to receive calls.
When the calls ring in the ringtime gets a little long. That maybe user error on out part.
I was new to this type of service so I worked with the support staff to get it set up the way I needed it. They were very helpful and friendly.
Talkroute is well priced and has good customer service.

The best features are the ability to obtain diagnostic information on the host machine with the click of a button and the ability to have other support team members join a session.
Recently this issue has got worse and worse with no resolution for months and now has us looking for different remote support software.
I used this software for years and have seen it through many different variations but it definitely remains my favourite. Its ease of use and complex features are made functional and fun to use.
I'm sure all of this info is in the software information and I haven't read it but I have privacy issues and always worry about people logging onto my computer.
What I liked most about this software is the ease of use and the powerful UI based controls when running on your mobile device.
I had major issues when I used this product. Many of my customers had problems opening it up on their computer for me to access remotely.
I like how I can easy setup the tool just by sending a fastsupport link to the user or better if machine has unattended remote support feature.
Recently there have been some issues with devices duplicating in the console for seemingly no reason.
The video and sound quality is super.its a powerful IT innovation tool.
I like that it has always been around for me, and that it has such an easy way of connecting with my clients to assist them with their needs on their machines using our software.
