Conversation platform for team collaboration & productivity
What users mention about Glip See all reviews The thing that I like most about Glip is that it is super easy to use. I like that you can easily share files and that conversation history stays in the window at all times. Excellent messaging features, including practical things like tagging people, keyboard shortcuts, and inline attachment previews, as well as fun features like GIF's and Memes. I no longer worry if a task is going to be completed on time or forgotten. WIth Glip, we are able to stay organized and communicate more effencently.
A single place for team communication and workflows
What users mention about Slack See all reviews As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit. Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it. What users mention about Wimi See all reviews Wimi is simply not one of these tools that I am looking for. I appreciate the effort, I like web browser like conceptualizations but I had the feeling that too many things have been squeezed in there. It's a perfect solution to manage projetcs and share quickely informations with members of your team. I extremely recommend WIMI for people who have projects to do. We can share all the details at a common shares location. Wimi is the best tool of the 2017 that I have used and still using in 2018.
Collaborative task management platform
What users mention about Azendoo See all reviews It is easy to use and there are tons of great integrations with other fantastic tools like Evernote. If you lead people and need an affordable tool for you and your team, check out Azendoo. The platform is super simple to use and easy on the eyes. It's perfect for freelancers who don't want to spend a ton of money each month for similar platforms. We've gone from Trello to it because it allows more flexibility and a better management. The customer team is also great, ask for a new feature, if it's a good idea they add it.
Manage your projects from start to finish with Wrike
What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
Visual collaboration tool for shared project perspectives
What users mention about Trello See all reviews Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties. Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.
Project and work management for teams of all sizes.
What users mention about Asana See all reviews Using the free version currently and the free version is good enough for my management. I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
Project & Issue Tracking Software - See why we're #1!
What users mention about JIRA See all reviews I like the ease of viewing all the issues on one dashboard that eased delegating tasks to lower management and proved to be a wonderful tool for project management. I love the workflow templates if offers out of the box. Jira also supports Kanban boards and has an awesome mobile app which can keep you up to date anywhere. For a non developer user there is too many things and options you get lost in the middle of it. So much complexity in terms of customization that me, personally end up being a little bit lost.
Online Enterprise Work Management Software
What users mention about Workfront See all reviews Unable to customize email notifications, no analytics (as of yet), unable to customize/provide validation in our custom forms. The reporting capabilities is terrific, very robust, and most importantly, easy to use. It has everything we need, and even things we didn't know we needed. All of their support reps have been friendly and helpful. Onboarding was a bit of a process, but once we got it up and running it's been great.
A mobile-first communication app for non-desktop employees
What users mention about Beekeeper See all reviews Beekeeper is a great and fun tool to connect with colleagues, share information, and communicate directly via chat. Beekeeper is easy to install and does not need a lot of explanation. We definitely improved the employee engagement in our company; in addition to that, the customer support is proactive and helpful (which helped a lot during the implementation phase). We've added fun projects to keep engagement on Beekeeper high so that our company continues to use it. It's a great tool for both employee engagement and communication.
Secure document collaboration & project management
What users mention about Huddle See all reviews I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure. It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well. Once we got it up and running the improvements we saw in our teamwork was clear. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you are on the market for something like this.
Project management and collaboration tools
What users mention about Easy Projects See all reviews It greatly improves our ability to see the health of every project on the floor from any office. EP's commitment to helping and listening to their customers has also been a great asset. We were satisfied and up untill now are happy to have such an easy in-use and simple tool. Special thanks to a Support Team that is promptly reacting to any of our requests. Easy Projects is so incredibly easy to use and the company really loves feedback on how to improve. That is something I can appreciate as my company strives for continuous improvement.
All-in-one, client-focused project management for teams.
What users mention about Avaza See all reviews The easy to use interface, which translates to mobile super easily. Really happy with a couple of features I cannot find elsewhere, which helps our companies efficiency and flow. With Avaza I have better control over the timeline and status of my projects. I love the invoicing and ability to send out the invoices and communications directly from the app. Avaza allows me to keep all my clients and their individual projects in one place without sorting through a maze of emails (or worse - missing an email).
Work and project management software that works for you.
What users mention about Teamwork See all reviews Teamwork Project is incredibly outstanding product and now it has become my most favorite project management tool. I like its ease of use the most. Limited integrations with other tools which can sometimes be annoying. Frustrating user management tools. The interface is clean and easy-to-use while still being exceptionally robust. Time tracking and the Google Chrome feature are pretty awesome as well.
Project Management & Time Tracking For Teams Of Any Size.
What users mention about ProWorkflow See all reviews A solid software for small ad or creative agencies that need to track projects. Easy to learn and has some good capabilities for tracking time against budget. Task Templates are a lifesaver. It is simple enough not to take up all your time but powerful enough to ensure all your information is stored and easily accessable. Offers a lot of useful and powerful functionality for managing projects including file sharing, notifications and time sheets. Love the built in messaging tool, really useful.

What users mention about Smartsheet See all reviews We are able to increase our work agility during our software implementation projects while using this excellent software. Great integrations with other systems. I love how easy it is to use, how visually attractive it is to the eye. Our Plant Manager wants to make things easier for everyone to see how well we are doing overall, this would help. I have used Smartsheet for 8 years and have been pleased with the way it has improved and developed, and when new useful features come out users are well informed.
Friendly project management for smart teams
Project Management, Resource Planning, & PSA software
What users mention about Mavenlink See all reviews My overall impression is that it was a very good tool. My company only used it for timekeeping pretty much at the time, and was just beginning to understand the usefulness of this software. Our team is so happy to have made the switch to Mavenlink. The customer service is great and very responsive.
Create, organize, and discuss work with your team
What users mention about Atlassian Confluence See all reviews I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

What users mention about Glasscubes See all reviews Great for sharing big data, ease of notifying other users when adding or changing data, ability to make comments just like some social media sites. Glasscubes has proved to be extremely beneficial for the company I work for. It is very user friendly, they are great at communicating updates etc and it looks appealing. It has pretty good features: File sharing, progress tracking, result delivering, budget watching, email and text notifications. It helps and saves time.
Team Collaboration Network
Flexible project management & team communication tool
What users mention about Basecamp See all reviews The overall experience is pretty average and neutral. It is good, quite easy to use and cooperate with other people, but the price for money value isn't great. My experience with Basecamp is a good but the only challenge is with the customer care ,where I would like to make an enquiry about some but the responds needs to be worked on please. Platform is easy to use and very helpful to keep a project organized. Additionally, the email based communication and updates is a great asset to keep on top of assigned tasks.

Project Management, Collaboration and Bug Tracking
What users mention about Zoho Projects See all reviews Organization of the mais topics regarding project management like activities and documents, but would be better improved if focused in a capital equipments projects and etc. It can be difficult for some to learn, especially those who are not tech-savvy. There are some limitations in customizing tasks and issue fields that are not deal-breakers but are certainly annoying. Now i am able to get time-sheet also fill-up from my team which is good point for me. Now Zoho task management is accessible through mobile app also which is also good part of this product offering.
Team communication made easy. Android and iPhone app available!
Simple Project Management Software
What users mention about ProProfs Project See all reviews Great improvement on the App side but still not up to par with desktop web version. Keep it up the great progress. It's fantastic in helping me organise my work life - I've been recommending it to everyone. I didn't take much else away from the webinar, but so glad I tuned in, just to discover ProjectBubble. I love Project Bubble, it's the perfect blend of power and simplicity that helps me keep track of the many projects in my life.
Cloud-Based Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about Workzone See all reviews Not a big learning curve to start utilizing the software. Like that the company is easy to work with, responsive to customers, and that they are always trying to improve the product. It's strange to love software because of the customer service, but WorkZone's responsive, witty team made deploying this robust program with 30+ reluctant creatives successful. WorkZone has been very helpful in supporting our internal marketing and review processes. We needed a central source for our projects and documents, and WorkZone provided the perfect solution.
Collaborative Work & Project Management Software
What users mention about Projectplace See all reviews Easy to use clean set up loved that i was able to try it for free for 14 days. It presents information in a highly visual and dynamic form that keeps my team motivated. There are several nice features about ProjectPlace. I think this is a great idea and a nice app for keeping projects in one place and able to create plans, get projects organized, set goals and so much more.
Agile project management tool for developers
What users mention about Pivotal Tracker See all reviews UI is pretty snappy and is reasonably good at updating without reloading. Story templates are nice, and the new code/qa review options are a nice move. I love how simple estimates are on stories, how it tracks velocity, how easy it is to use and it's a great price point for my business. Once you get the hang of it it's pretty easy to use; tasks just go in according to stack and it all makes sense. It has a good drag and drop ability which I find very useful.
Task and Project Management Platform
What users mention about Redbooth See all reviews It is good to have the ability to set up other team members with tasks and completion dates. Receiving the notifications via email is also a helpful experience. Of the best platforms for project management, activities and times. Very good to get reports of hours in tasks and generate diagrams for deliveries. The Dashboard is somewhat useless and just mimics a prettier email inbox while having the same behavior. Their premise of replacing email is a bit doubtful.
Enterprise private social network
What users mention about Zoho Connect See all reviews I love the ability to create and assign tasks to different team members. I have integrated a zap to track my social media shares as well in the calendar view and it works amazing. Yammer was by far the app my varied team took to the quickest, but Flock is popular, too.). The free plan which pretty much has everything a small team/business could need, supports up to 25 users. The ability to interact in real time with team members is a great option as well, if someone mentions you inside of the platform you get a notification that is easy to respond too.

Project portfolio management software
What users mention about Genius Project See all reviews The complexity of configuration, the user interface that is not user fondly, the amount of small bugs that annoy the user and the lack of integration between the configuration menus. Very useful for project management. If you are running robust swimlane workflows this is an effective tool. In the pursuit for the solid project management software, Genius project comes to our shortlist and it proves to be a very robust one. Recommend for those seeking for one.
All-in-one project management & work collaboration platform
What users mention about Celoxis See all reviews Because it is so customizable, it may seem overwhelming to setup initially; however customer support is great as they are responsive and ready to help. The support team are very responsive and helpful and development keeps introducing new features from feedback. Ve set this up for 3 different companies now with good success. The aspect I struggled the most was no autosaving and the freezing of the application every once in a while. It was really frustrating especially when dealing with big projects.
Dynamic project management software for modern business
What users mention about LiquidPlanner See all reviews I like how flexible it is. Projects never move along perfectly, and I feel like this is the software that actually built-in functionality to account for that. Like many project management software solutions, LiquidPlanner wants to be everything to everybody. That's great in the robust features it offers but than can come with a learning curve. We researched 20+ software applications to fit our business model, and Liquid Planner was the clear winner for us. The onboarding and customer support have been superb.
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
Real-Time Team Collaboration & Project Management Software
What users mention about Samepage See all reviews What I like about this software, is its flexibility in sharing task information to the team (members of the group). Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about monday.com See all reviews The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean. The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration. Monday.com is a great tool in my experience for smaller teams who need a robust solution to help with project alignment and goal setting. What users mention about ActiveCollab See all reviews I really like the ability to track time, tasks and progress all in one tool. And the speed in which I can spin up a new project is pretty great. All-In-One, Team Communication Platform
What users mention about Noodle See all reviews Love the software and especially happy with the Customer Support team who helped to customize a solution for our team. Embeddable code capabilities in certain posts - helps to display unique content and certain web apps, this was another thing that was important to me. Some formatting lost when copy/pasting from other applications.
Communication and collaboration platform for teams
What users mention about Flock See all reviews One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication. Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes. Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.
Timesheets & Project Management Software
What users mention about FunctionFox See all reviews This product allows you to modify anything to make it more like your own personal workflow, my sales rep was awesome. She was so through and patient with me, when teaching me the system. We really had bad experiences with project management software that tried to do everything and connect to everything. All that does is make adopting it difficult because their are too many features. Function Fox is a great program for helping you track hours and tasks. Also, the customer service team is very responsive and very helping in answering any questions I have had over the years.
A visual collaborative platform for your great projects
What users mention about Quire See all reviews Having a hierarchy structure in a to do list is brilliant and have been missing from all the big companies. Beautiful design, elegant with the enough color and shapes to make it perfect. I also love how I am able to customize each tag and I love how the overview option shows each of the projects/tasks that I am working on. The diagram breaks it all down and I can see each one clearly. The simplicity and elegance of this program is amazing. The key to a great project is organization, and this app is perfectly tailored to the needs of any business with projects to complete.
Collaborative project management with built-in chat
What users mention about Taskworld See all reviews Its a great product with a rich set of features. Taskworld helps us to get good feedback's from our clients as we can effectively manage our projects. Recently there was a mistake in connection with the error. And sometimes, it slows down, causing inconvenience to the user. The agile collaboration app for organizational flow.
What users mention about Favro See all reviews What I like most about Favro is that it is intuitive, effective for working together, and also that with its help I can comfortably monitor the status of tasks performed in real time. I love the fact that it incorporates a spreadsheet element and "cards" and seamlessly pulls from one to the other. Super easy to wrap my head around that system. I also like how you can see a full history of everything that has happened. The workflow rules are nice (these seem pretty basic though - would love more options for these).
Collaboration and task management tool
What users mention about MeisterTask See all reviews It is very easy to use, it is wonderful that I can share this with my collegues and we can all see what each other is working on and for how long. I like how is designed and i like the user friendly interface. I recommend this app for everyday use and i like how the pro user features are easy to found and use.
Agile, No-code Business Application Platform
What users mention about Kintone See all reviews It scales down to our needs. It is easy to use and set up and technical support so far has been fantastic - both friendly and very helpful. Mot databases are pretty much the same when using it on a small scale so I went with the fantastic client service and the affordable price point for our little non-profit food shelf. Basic user still designing processes and workflows to enter into Kintone. Excited about what else it may be able to help us with and expand to other departments.
Time tracking, task management, & project management.
What users mention about Intervals See all reviews Intervals introduces new features every quarter or so one of the latest is adding files through drag and drop. The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often. We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems. Its flexibility and ease of use put Intervals in a class all its own in my opinion. Works great for our needs.
Sales and marketing CRM for growing businesses
What users mention about Agile CRM See all reviews It has a good & clear interface and user friendly. It has a very widespread marketing automation solution that allows you to mind map your workflow. I really like how this tool has a good very plan for small businesses like mines. You get basic crm features like sales management and some email marketing automation. Some services hard to navigate, trying to work out the Auto part was a bit tricky. Also the additional cost to loose agile from my emails was a bit annoying.
Interactive intranet and collaboration hub for business.
What users mention about Jive See all reviews Jive is very friendly to use and it is so easy to use. The customer representatives do a very good job. We were using Truly before and although the call quality was not as consistent, I preferred the interface. Much cleaner and minimal. A lot of the issues with this system may be experienced with most intranet services of its kind, but it's important to keep in mind.
Mobile-first employee communication for large organizations
The Enterprise Results Platform
What users mention about Workboard See all reviews Top Pros include nice user interface, the ability to create tasks easily (well, as easy as the platform allows), adjusting dates and priorities, and the ability to take notes and comments. OKR metrics are the next, and much improved, evolution of managing business strategy. Workboard allows me to drive my business in an efficient manner by staying faithful to the Doerr/Google methods. Upon getting a notice from my bank that I've been overdrawn, I checked my email, and to my dismay I discovered I've been charged the whole annual amount of $632.10.
Create beautiful product roadmaps with ProductPlan.
What users mention about ProductPlan See all reviews I would strongly recommend this tool as it's super simple to use, with some great UI and graphics, making the tool very easy to use, read and understand by anyone. This application helps me to view multiple plans through its amazing view that could easily manage larger views as well.
Collaborative whiteboarding platform
What users mention about Miro See all reviews We work with remote team in Barcelona and Warsaw and we have successfully been having workshops/brainstorming sessions with Miro, which makes it fun and efficient. I had an initial love affair with Realtimeboard and had a subscription since 2016/17. Growth and then VC funding last year together with the re-branding debacle are forcing me to re-think that love. We use this in our sprint meetings and it is very easy to navigate. Best thing I like about this is the ability to add media directly to the board.
Task & project automation for growing teams
What users mention about Rindle See all reviews The visibility Rindle gives every member of our team on all of our projects is amazing. It was very easy to learn and the staff is AMAZING and so helpful. Online Gantt chart software for project management
What users mention about GanttPRO See all reviews I am a biomedical engineering student so it is very important to me a good software for managing the project. I found this software to be the most excellent of all the other software. I came across this software and found that it was great, as an Apple user I did not want to use Microsoft Project and GanttPRO was a great alternative. I believe that Gantt Pro is the best option, when choosing a program for a Gantt Chart. First of all, it is aesthetically pleasant, unlike most programs available.
Project and task management tool
What users mention about Notion See all reviews Also, I love all the prebuilt templates available in the gallery and it's easy to duplicate a template someone else created. It is so intuitive to get started and their documentation is great. Ve watched the app grow in features and stability over the past 12 months and it is very promising but it is not my primary note-taking app. The lack off offline mode is the biggest hindrance for me. I love the product, and love taking inspiration from other people who are using the product. There a many open source templates that you can use and organize your life on top of them.

Team workflow, SOP and recurring process management platform
What users mention about Process Street See all reviews The worst part is the cancelation procedure which is q manual "request to cancel" and appears to be ignored. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.
