Box takes security seriously and offers robust security features such as end-to-end encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular security audits.

Limited customization options. As a user, I find that Box’s customization options are limited, making it difficult to fully integrate the platform into its workflow.

I really like that I know my data is housed in a secure, encrypted environment. I also like they continually improve their product with new features and capabilities.

This is really not much of a Con since it is limited by the web. Unlike on prem servers, I cannot prevent access to buried folders due to the waterfall permission model.

We have almost never had any glitches, malfunctions, bugs, etc. while using Box. It has been exceptionally reliable from day one. User interface is very easy to use - you don't have to go digging to find functions. The buttons that are needed can be found on the left side of the screen, or the top-right. Easy beans! The layout is cozy, and it has just enough personality to be fun, but stay professional.

There are very few things we don't like. I haven't had any issues with the product myself. Customer support has been helpful, despite being unimpressed at our first interaction with them. There aren't many flashy-features to the product, but I'm still able to integrate it with DocuSign and other applications. No complaints here.

I really like the intuitive interface and collaboration tools of Box. It is a reliable and user-friendly service.

One area where Box could be improved is its security features. While it does offer some security measures (such as password protection and two-factor authentication), it does not offer the same level of security as some of its competitors.

Easy to setup and navigate as well as collaborate with others. Lots of great features, such as setting expirations on shared files, password protection, and upload via email.

Customer support can be hard to reach unless you're on a higher up plan. When there's an outage or a bug, you need to subscribe to email updates or check their Twitter. There is no phone support for the basic paid plan.

Box allows for secure cloud storage of all your files. Also makes organizing, uploading, and downloading the files easy. Now has a feature that lets you create and edit files on the platform itself.

With many cloud storage options out there, Box does not do much to differentiate itself. Many of the features can be seen with other companies.

Box is one of the great cloud based file sharing platforms. The ease of managing and organizing the files in a systematic way makes the Box an ideal solution over the other available file sharing platforms. When working in a business environment, it is super easy to share the files with the relevant access levels among the colleagues.

Pricing Plans

Cloud based Web portal allow quick deploy and fruition for end users. Print and Copy restrictions work properly and are not too difficult to understand and setup. Reporting could be improved but already has built in most reports.

No out-of-the-box connectors for other Content management systems but there are APIs to allow you reach the target if needed.
