user experience in mobile phones need to be improved. If there is an option for easily switching between full screen video and whiteboard in mobile browsers, it would be a handy tool for participating in classes on the go.

Virtual classroom feature is a standout. No messing with backend to do is great.

There are areas it will need to catch up on that most LMS purchasers are looking for. Improved UX/UI but listed on roadmap:). Menu isn't as intuitive as other platforms, but is improving.

This platform works very well for one-on-one reading instruction for kids in grades 4 and up. Sharing a screen with a student helps focus the student's attention, and using the writing and highlighting tools on the shared screen allows me (the instructor) instant feedback on the student's understanding. Misunderstandings can be cleared up immediately, before the student can learn bad habits from their misunderstanding.

While it generally works well, customer support is hard to access when there is a problem. It can take days to hear back from the company.

The ease in which it can be integrated. The cross browser support is excellent. The virtual classroom is particularly user friendly and intuitive to use. The customer support has been awesome - the team always responds to my queries and have taken a lot of time to explain the product and how to optimally set up the server's for my clientele. The convenience to share files and worksheets with students.

The screen sharing function does not always work

Pretty straight forward to use and they keep updating the course content when new contents available.

Their search tool is not optimised well enough.

The software itself was probably the weakest part of the course that I purchased. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is a phenomenal accounting instructor and the software did not do much to improve his abilities. If anything, I'd have to say the analyticals within the testing module were the best feature.

No mobile app. No ability to (easily) extract or save course material for offline or mobile use. This flaw almost makes the software unusable and I probably would not have purchased the course had I know these limitations.

That the kids were able to have tools on the white board

So many things. I did not like that the kids could change the screen, I did not like how your breakout rooms worked, I did not like the email system for kids logging in, I did not like the video uploading, I did not like that I never got reminders for classes that I set up and nor did my students...

i realy like the interface because its very easy to use it. the software have huge abilities and the class have some excellent tools.

there is always something to find that you dont like. But the helpdesk have open ears and mind and they try to find the solution

It is quite intuitive and it has a lot of features which make learning and teaching quite interactive. In short points I mostly liked: - Ease of class creation and maintenance - Security of Information - Tools and Features

Most of the things I did not like about the platform is that students kept complaining about screen share quality, they sometimes could not hear me clearly and they could not see things clearly. Overall I am not satisified with - Screen share quality - Software hiccups and blocking - Whiteboard hiccups due to internet connection probably - Overall technical quality

Api is very practical and fast to use. Very fast recording of the VC screen. Domain mapping and SSL allocation are also great features.

The VC screen remained 7-8 years ago. Iconset is incompatible with each other and prepared without taste. I never even recorded recorded videos. Really bad. As interface and video images, you are quite behind other competitors.

What I like most about BrainCert compared to other LMS platforms is its ease of use and comprehensive feature set. It combines user-friendly course management, real-time collaboration, and detailed analytics all in one place, making it a powerful tool for both instructors and students.

What I like least about BrainCert is that sometimes the platform can feel a bit overwhelming with so many features. It can take a while to navigate and fully understand all the tools available.

BrainCert provides a comprehensive suite of tools for our trainers and educators and is very easy to use, including virtual classrooms, content management, and secure online testing capabilities. Besides they are certified and comply with data protection which is super important for us.

Is not exactly that I dislike BrainCert, but since the platform is in constant development there are sometimes bugs in features releases, but this is understandable, the good thing is that they fix in a matter of days, and they are very receptive of these issues. Same with integrations, but they are slowly adding more and more.

It offers a wide range of features, including whiteboards on video calls, ecommerce solutions, various quiz types, social hubs, and event calendars, making it suitable for any training needs. You can customize the site name, description, logos, time zone, and landing page to fit your needs and branding. The roadmap for BrainCert is indeed very promising.

While I struggled with the video call features and management in BrainCert, which occasionally disrupted my first virtual training sessions, I've since found alternative solutions for my video conferencing and online workshops (2 other apps I am using for videoconferencing and workshops for instance). I liked the ease of use and features included in BrainCert. The least liked thing about BrainCert is the limited customization options when building course content. The platform does not allow for much design customization, which can make courses feel a bit generic. Additionally, there have been some reports of technical issues that caused courses to load slowly.

1. Authority Structure During Session :- Instructor can allow/disallow Mic, Camera, WhiteBoard access etc of attendant. 2. Recording and storage process of session. 3. Code Editor & Formulas adds more value to session 4. Individual and Common session chat is also very useful. 5. Upload documents to whiteboard feature is very smooth in use. 6. Allow attendant to be an instructor is very awesome.

1. API structure has limited access features. 2. Cannot invite someone using api structure to join session. 3. Screen-Share feature in virtual classroom not available. 4. API level should have various session chat log access. 5. Important Notes feature to download by attendee may add more value to session. 6. Missing Rating feature to session which increase overall experience of Instructor in improvement. 7. Embed Session to user website using Iframe will be more friendly. Being able to embed videos from a lot of different places and not being forced to pay for storage because our videos are hosted on Amazon AWS S3

At first the system had a lot of bugs, most of the promised features hot a wall. Subsequent updates and chats with support brought these bugs to their attention and now things are going way better and a lot easier to use. My least favorite thing is how slow the back end is. To get a list of users usually takes a full minute to load. Then entering each user to edit something takes just as long.

I really like its all-in-one learning platform. Whether it is web design, product bundles, coupons, course listings, scheduling online courses, gamification features, or even virtual classroom and forum functionalities, it has everything included. You can save a lot of trouble connecting different tools.

I want to have a feature that allows students to book online courses by themselves. Currently, it does not have this function and requires manual arrangement.

Many times it encounters technical difficulties like not able to upload files, file disappears, file appears only for attendee not for presenter or vise versa. Updated version is worse compared to previous version of braincert board

The pricing is a bit on the higher side for a small team, but it's very competitive compared to other platforms. The value in terms of functionality and efficiency is totally worth it.

I like easily updating materials for my students/users, everyone has the MOST CURRENT information even after they leave my class. I also appreciate being able to receive reviews and monitor activities in the system dashboard. Documents can be set to download easily and make my students use of them more efficient. BrainCert is a great solution to a large manual I used to print and organize manually every month, now I can focus on necessary items one at a time rather than an entire manual. Our goal was to become a paperless digital training department and we were able to achieve this with BrainCert.

Some of the document formats, like a CSV file, do not play well with the content library. The size limitations for a Powerpoint are not always compatible with my presentations which contain large graphics therefore increasing sizes. However, because of the IT Staff at my company I've found workarounds for my issues.

This is a solid product with excellent features covering LMS, vitual classroom capabilities, course management and branding. I would highly recommend Braincert for education and training purposes.

As of yet, I have not had any issues thus product has been perfect.

Virtual classes and screen sharing is the most important feature which can replace my zoom.

User interface is not modern and starting a quick meeting is not easy
