There are a lot of back-end annoyances, like students complaining about not being able to log in, caching issues logging in as a teacher, we also had an issue that PayPal wasn't working, and the support team said it was PayPal, but it was not, so we switched payment gateways instead.

The LMS was very user friendly, the videos and other graphics worked seamlessly with the platform. I was very pleased with the tracking of my progress. As soon as I completed a task it was listed as such.

No real issues. When I review my experience, there was no need to troubleshoot.

Recently Braincert has done very well with adding feature and fulfilling requests. I have contacted them requesting features and seen the changes made quickly, in terms of software development.

Braincert still seems to have their bugs. I have trouble sometimes getting students on the virtual classroom due to software issues. Sometimes it is a firewall issue on the student side but no always. Even though customer service has been great I feel I have to contact them to often.

1. I could not see how to change the pencil color, a very useful feature! 2. I could not see how to import a document for group discussion (ie pdf) 3. My Wacom Tablet did not allow me to write on the whiteboard. 4. When discussing important ideas in Mathematics and Physics, diagrams frequently get overloaded with marks I make to direct attention to what I am discussing. Only one online classroom that I have used has solved this problem and in a very creative way! 5. Eraser seems bulky, difficult to know what is being erased.

The customer service is outstanding. Anything you need is immediately addressed and for possible extra features that you may need, they take note and get back to you on a later date. I would super recommend them.

It needs a getting started tutorial because everything you need is there, but it's a little difficult to figure out what the first step is to getting started.

I really like the brain cert devops professional test papers, they are 8 of them which helped in answering the questions in the real exam

The two main pros I see with BrainCert is the fact that you can now engage with your students as well as the multiple tools that are included in BrainCert.

The only con I have come to see with BrainCert is that I wish it would have been developed earlier. I have not had any issues since purchasing and using this platform.

The questions in the practice exams were to the mark. It simulates the actual exam in ways and gives a real feel of the exam.

Felt that the explanation to some questions were not brief.

Some of the tests I have done here are accurate and they made me get a pass in my certification

Some certification tests are missings. The platform is not user friendly

BrainCert is definitely very userfriendly and intuitive.

The support is very faulty. They seem to trust too much on their knowledge base which is an endless maze and you just can't find yourself in there. Personal support seems to exist, they send messages to you, but when you really need it, it isn't there.

Intuitive design, user friendly interface that allows for ease of use. Nice tools that allow for interaction between client and presenter.

Video being auto enabled and no chance to set live class without video. Some clients do not want to even see their own video stream, so having option to set only live class with audio and chat would be great
