I'm not sure what to say here - when we actually got the virtual classroom working it was pretty cool...but...

It looked good "on paper" - the feature set was what we were looking for. However, when it came down to it, the software is clunky, unfinished, buggy, and the responsiveness of their support is absolutely awful - I literally have support requests that are still unresponded to months later. We're now seeking an alternative solution because these guys just aren't going to work for us.

One o the things I like is that is has a lot of features and API! There's also, a way for my students to pay for the lessons, they want to book.

It is a bit pricy and I can't add my customers' colors and logo unless I upgrade. I am not really sure, if I used the API that it should show my website?

Braincert E learning platform is user friendly , easy to load even to non technical users .The pages are not even heavy to load graphical images even connecting from areas where internet connectivity is very low .

The progress bar on the courses does not reflect the real effort of the progress that the user have gone into that course .It should show the progress of the user with the bar progressing to the right to show that the user is progressing

It saves money and increases efficiency, It helps businesses work more easily with external parties and clients. It inspires innovation and enables you to share ideas.

Perhaps to add collaboration module to it. That way the product can add value to the users. Since collaboration is on the rise, users can use one product rather paying for different products.

1. Easy to use and setup 2. Live video streaming is mostly uninterrupted 3. LMS has many features 4. Their testing platform is well devolved 5. Value for money

1. Their support team response needs to improve : Needs to be quick 2. Their support is not available on call. Often it takes 3-4 email conversation to make their team understand the issue.

The nice GUI, the multilingual option, the virtual classroom and all extensions make any course a modern learning experience. You don't need to hire programmers in order to fix bugs, the Braincert team is always there to solve any issue.

The course GUI is not totally responsive. The chat sometimes goes offline. Some words are in english.

I really got benefited from using the products as I am now able to get myself multi-cloud certified associate. All thanks to Braincert in providing such a nice platform

None that I could think of any that can allow me to put any cons.

The product is extremely easy to use and makes the learning process very efficient

I was surprised when I took a set of question 3-4 days before an exam and realized that without those I could perhaps fail the exam.

Up until recently I could see a permanent purchase of a set of test exams.

It's easy to use and suits most of our school's needs.

The video quality for virtual classes. Have not been able to utilize this feature, but would like to.

Tremendous customer support. They took several items of feedback and either implemented changes or provided links to show me how to do what I wanted.

Still, a developing platform that could use a slightly cleaner LMS interface. Some tabs are not as easy to find, and messaging within a group isn't as easy as I'd like.

Like any lighter-weight LMS, context and specific needs really matter. That said, BrainCert does provide a valuable suite of features that can really add value in the realm of e-learning to your employee training. Interface is simple and relatively easy to use.

There were a few items that were 'buggy' such as log ins- this is a pretty significant issue when you need to get people into trainings or e-learning scenarios and can really undermine efforts to garner buy-in among employees if the problem persists. Hopefully they address it!

File uploading is fast.

-Lag in writing -Scrolling problem -System slows down and hand while using Braincert -Whiteboard hangs and it becomes difficult to writ after 1 or 2 lines -Text tools is not in sync with the attendees. Everyone see the text at different places -Worksheets are not visible, needs to refresh again and again

Free SSl and URL masking and being easily set up.

Live connection suffers a lot when there are more than ten users at the same time in the virtual classroom. Many issues happens with users as lost of connection and interruption in audio and video.

It is very easy to setup and get started. The free account offers everything necessary to do basic online virtual classrooms. The audio/video is very good compared to competitors, and barely ever disconnects.

The whiteboards themselves are very small. You cannot scroll down or to the sides enough, or zoom out or in. It is necessary to open up too many different tabs, which instead of scrolling left and right in the tab bar, they simply each become super small and hard to click.

The easy of use, the explanation provided for the scenarios were helpful

no learning mode available, i had to give a try on my first attempt to go through the answers and read through it.

Very nice interface, great audio, video and e-learning class room interfaces. Good startup price with multiple options Unlimited cloud storage without any strings attached.

Basic has a catch, there is an 8% trx fee, perhaps it is meant for people to play around with it, but, as we move to better package, the trx is going down to 4% or even 2%. Seems fair to me.

Although I did not end up purchasing this product, I did create and demo the type of exam I would have used through this vendor. Creating the exam was easy, and adding the features I needed was no problem at all. So I would say ease of use was a huge benefit of this software.

I really have no negative comments other than to say that a key feature I needed was not available within this software application. However, I must add that I looked at several different software applications to try and find one that met ALL my needs and none of them could.

Very easy to use and it was easy to roll out to our membership to sign-up.

Some of the back office office menus could be simpler and there are some repeat questions when setting up.

Clean and crisp layout, advanced virtual classroom software, creating a course is just a matter of few mouse clicks, and most importantly the braincert testing platform.

I wish there is an option for paid users to have a separate login screen with their company logo, just like a LMS. I know braincert is very advanced, but adding this feature will truly make braincert an outstanding e-learning platform.

It was simple and straightforward. Not too much to it, from my perspective. Just a list of resources uploaded by the course instructor.

The platform seemed only as good as the materials uploaded by the course instructor. Hard to tell how much BrainCert does in terms of organizing a good user experience for you. I thought the certification exam that I took was not organized well, but again, I'm not sure if that comes down to BrainCert or the instructor.
