The interface of the software is easy to navigate. I love that I can keep track of which sections I have went over by clicking the Learned button.
It would be helpful to be able to reset the progress for when I want to review a section.

The software is easy to setup and learn. We had our complete curriculum online in a day. The interface helps direct you to the right place when needed.
The ability to customize the certificates is lacking an interface that would allow you to build a complete cert.

The pre-sales support is extremely bad. I was on the verge of buying your platform, but due to the bad experience with your pre-sales team in India, I decided against buying it.
It is a nice platform for a virtual classroom. It has all the main features one needs for creating a virtual class.
Not a very stable platform. Many of the front end functions does not work properly like creating classes, inviting attendees.

You have a full Learning System managed on the web. The options available and configuration are really great.
When you try to integrate or share a course to facebook it can't be done. Because facebook detects it as a malicious site.

Going in, I thought it would be very helpful! Impressive demos.
Overcharged for no use. I didn't use the software after purchasing, and it auto-renewed after I hadn't signed in for 11 months. Should be an easy fix but they refused to refund the $400 product!

Bad user interface. Very 2006. It's like Skype versus Zoom.

I really like virtual classroom, courses platform with online testing capabilities. White labeling capabilities will allow enterprise clients to customize per their branding standards. Out-of-box platform utilization reporting capabilities are very powerful to track effectiveness of course offerings. Having worked on various bulky ERP/LMS systems, I am finding Braincert platform very powerful and a great buy for your organizations small scale as well as large scale LMS or training/testing needs.

Wish the visual interface that braincert creates for our courses was more up to date with the market.
It was easy to trial setting up and the system
The visual interface was not attractive and competitors offer tools which create a far more beautiful, compelling, and sales ready landing page for my course.

Enterprise LMS provides you with such a useful teaching platform that helped me interact with the students with ease. The best part is that whatever questions, doubts you may have the BrainCert team will assist you right away. They have been of great help from the beginning,since all this was new to me. They didn't hesitate to answer any of my questions and to be thorough with their answers and help. The tools VC has are simply fantastic and will make the learning process fun and easy for both teachers and students. Before opting for BrainCert I had three other options, and I have absolutely no regrets for choosing BrainCert. I definitely recommend it,especially because it is a great value for money. You will more than love it, in fact you will get addicted to it :)

The contents of the practice tests are very good, which helped me in exam preparation.
Lack of features, no practice mode with option to pause the test midway. The webpage is not that great, and navigation is a problem. Expected to have better explanations of the answers.
