The ability to manage participants and allow them to raise their hands. It's creates an organized space for lots of people to participate, but have a moderator who can manage who participates and when.

The registration process for guests can be a bit cumbersome. Not the smoothest onboarding and may not be best suited for an older audience.

The platform is stable, mature and fast, but need to improve in usability.

Is a platform a little complicated with so many options, if you know the platform cloud to be great, but most of the time will be good to have a cleaner user interface like zoom and other similar solutions.

With API, you can programmatically control the layout, tools and offer a cleaner interface. You can also accomplish the same with few clicks within the application. Fairly fast, no login issues. decent organization of material.

Navigation could use some work. When opening a new section and scrolling down it refreshes back to the top. Makes the user wait until its done refreshing even though refreshing wasn’t requested not required.

Including 1 free virtual classroom with a thirty minute length is super nice.

I ran into some bugs from the software, reached out to the support team asking for a fix, but they were dismissive and didn't help me.

The ability to track who's completed what trainings, quiz them, give them certificates, etc.

The button locations when taking courses isn't well placed or obvious. The overall navigation isn't obvious enough and not user-friendly.

The high cost considered the large difference between the price of the dollar and the Egyptian pound, which is an obstacle for Egyptian researchers

I like the fact that you can teach someone while sitting in another corner of the world.

The thing that it pinched me about was that it's pricing. You can add some more features to make it worth the price. Sometimes, it also lagged in between while teaching.

I love that it grades tests instantly so both me and the test taker know how they did. I also love that they can bookmark questions to review before submitting their test.

We have had problems getting people signed in because it takes a long time. We have also had issues with submitting the test, but that could be the companies wifi, not the software.

The buttons respond well to where I expect them to go into. Intuition is good.

The UI can definitely be improved. I feel like there are a lot of much better ways to improve the look and feel of the software.

It would benefit if there was a mobile app which could ease the access to courses.

No mobile app, hard to get into what you want. User interface could use more graphical components.

It is very easy to use in a classroom and teaching setting.

The online course I use is very easy to use and navigate.

It is difficult to change subscriptions.

I enrolled for Sol Architect practice exam it was very useful for AWS acutal exam. I passed successfully.

I like pretty much everything. Nothing to be mentioned.
