Pros
Although we don't use it, I think the ability to provide priced courses is excellent, tracking signed up students is also very helpful. It's one of the strongest applications for small businesses.
I really got benefited from using the products as I am now able to get myself multi-cloud certified associate. All thanks to Braincert in providing such a nice platform.

Pros
I can't recommend them highly enough; definitely one of the most innovative, elegant and simple solutions I've used in my 20 years in Marketing.
Not only that, but they are also monitoring performance regularly and providing help, advice and feedback on how to best use the tool.
Very effective software for teams who want to accelerate their user onboarding. Well designed with good UX and UI.
Cons
Difficult to navigate and find the components. Confusing navigation between courses, questions, exams.
We have had problems getting people signed in because it takes a long time. We have also had issues with submitting the test, but that could be the companies wifi, not the software.
Lack of features, no practice mode with option to pause the test midway. The webpage is not that great, and navigation is a problem.
Cons
The people building the userlanes are frustrated that failures are more easily identified and that the process to fix can at times be complicated to rectify and recreate the issue.
No pricing model for starters with only a few end-users. No downloadable analytics reports (but coming soon).
We don't have a huge number of users, and it's difficult to filter out internal users, which makes interpreting the usage analytics rather difficult.
