Easier and quicker access to information in my company and also quicker way to map and find experts.

Pros
The contextual information; the fact that you are searching for some information and it automatically suggests additional interesting information for you. I also like very much the Q&A system and the way it suggests experts that can help you find an answer to your question.

Cons
The fact that it requires a minimum number of users (around 100) for the platform to be meaningful and start providing value.

A great value for money tool which easily connects the business. Loads of functionality to organize information and knowledge, create calendars of events, groups and more. Becoming more and more customizable which is great and making it easier for the user to find content. The tagging system is simple and works well along with the smart match function which targets content to you rather than bulk displays. One key strength is the ability to ask a question about your business and crowdsource the best answers all with a trail. There are multiple content types you can post which could be simplified to help the user. The app is a web app and is currently lacking usability on devices but this is soon to change. Great privacy settings for all aspects of the platform. Overall very happy with the desktop version of the tool. In addition, the customer service is incredible, always happy to help, they are keen to build a relationship with you to create a tool that works
