Pros

The integration of connectiwise with other software is great. This is the reason why I really love this software.
So far it was a breeze to set up and create groups of my PCs I manage. Having the ability to share passes for 3rd party IT help is nice too.
We have been a screen connect/Connectwise Control user since 2012, a brilliant piece of software and pricing is very competitive. It's quick and supports a large number of clients.

Pros

What I enjoy most about Zoom is its ease of use, ability to record meetings, and its affordable price point.
The cost benefit is very good and ease of connection, I can share the screen during meetings, and excellent for my work.
The fact that it is easy to learn, as well as the quit and helpful response from customer service. I am glad it was recommended to me and I will continue to help others by doing the same.

Cons

Horrible, horrible customer service and support. I was constantly getting false positives.
Product support is disappointing. On the few occasions that I have needed to reach out to support, I ultimately figured out how to correct the problem myself.
The big thing we learned was not to use the unstable branch in production and that for more than 4 years the unstable had never caused us issue.

Cons

I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
If I do have problems sharing my screen, etc. then I have to typically leave zoom and re-enter the meeting. It always solves the problem but is an annoyance.
There has been a few times where Zoom doesn't work well with my internet and I'll randomly be dropped from calls with no warning.

Because it is easy and fast to connect with clients for support, we find that we screenconnect for even short, simple questions that we previously would have coached them through verbally.

Pros

We find that it is easy and fast for our clients to get connected for those one-time support sessions. We also appreciate the ease of use, the generous features for cost, and the versatility of support/meeting/unattended access.

Cons

We end up using Zoom or Blue Jeans once in a while when video meetings are needed, so our ScreenConnect that we love is not quite a one-stop for all our online connecting.

Pros

I cannot say I found anything about CW Control I liked over other similar programs that were free.

Cons

Atleast in my use case, everything I needed was in zoom. I found SplashTop, which I was able to get a one year free trial for, without nearly any issues, contained integration with our ticketing system, and had a much better support staff.It also WORKS on mac and windows.

I use this everyday to maintain our computers on our office network. Makes troubleshooting easy.

Pros

The product is easy to use, fast, and has the ability to really narrow down how you want the system to look. The ability to see multiple screens remotely is awesome and the ability to zoom in on a certain screen makes the feature even better. Having full control of my systems from my office is great.
