Setting upt the workflow to automatically route documents for approval and send notices to the person to approve had worked extremely well.

Pros

This one fit our needs perfectly because of its compatibility with our accounting software Great Plains, it is user-friendly and has workflow approval features that we were looking for.

The ability to search using different parameters and a complete file with front and back notes available.

Cons

When we first got the system, there would be times when scanned items were not available. There was a delay from the time we scanned the items to the time they were actually available to view. I started some tickets on it and got it all worked out eventually and it has been working fine every since.

This needs to be deployed in a single dept. with a small group of users, who can become familiar with the software and all it can do, and that be their only function, then they can teach its use to others in the company. You cannot learn how to use this if you are distracted by day to day operations.
