Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

It's great in general, I just do hope that other popular social media platform can be scalable to the enterprise, but I do realize that may add to liability and complications on the content.

This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document. Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.

Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
