On the whole is has been a game changer. It connects us far better with the comms and digital teams. Make artwork uploads to our printer very much simpler and makes job tracking far more visible.
The ability to customise the interface to our needs was very important. It also automatically generated bespoke job numbers for our studio filing. The ease of updating the job status and also the fact that Monday links directly through to out printers. So approved artwork is automatically forwarded to them. Gone are the days of wetransfer!
The ease of creating proofs for multiple individual files is no where near as simple as it should be. For the volume of GFX assets we create there should be a simple 'select all' function when creating proofs for 90 individual product email squares.

My experience overall is great, we do use this platform daily for all our tasks' management. It is easy to use, understand and overall its appearance is not as much intrusive as some others like Trello and Assana.
It does provide a free tier which covers many crucial features for any small biz company. The user-interface is friendly and easy to understand.
There is no native integration with Google Calendar or any other similar platform. Some features which are provided freely in some other platforms are paid in Mondays.com, such as Gantt diagrams or charts.
