The accuracy of the search function along with the ability for the tool to auto tag my files. Being able to see all my files stored in multiple places really helps my team reduce wasted time digging through our shared folders.

Not much to complain about. They have the occasional glitch or bug in the app, but they are quick to resolve when I leave the feedback.

Digitile allows users to search for any files across cloud-based platforms without organizing into folders, making copies or wasting time.

Although they are working on it, there is no network version of it that can sit behind our firewall, allowing us to search our own internal servers. Can't wait!

As a non-profit conducting mission in-country and all over the world, we had a huge bank of photos. We were looking to find a way to properly classify and organize them so we could maximize value for transparency, advocacy-building and marketing.

We onboarded Digitile at a time when the many updates and new features were being rolled out so the process was a bit clunky. Excellent customer service support was provided and helped us sort through kinks.

The best thing is the ability to sync up with Google Drive. I searched for months trying to find something that'd play well with GSuite. And this was it.

I would like to organize assets into custom collections. But, we are using tags & categories for now.

Very intuitive and easy to implement. Helped us turn a messy folder full of content marketing assets into a well-organized, easily accessible treasure trove of assets for our content marketing campaigns.

No real drawbacks. We've hit a few hiccups in implementation, but the Digitile team responded quickly each time and helped us work through any issues.

The ability to add tags to my files in Google Drive is a life-saver. The more files I upload, the harder it is for me to stay organized and this solves my problem for a few bucks per month. I don't think I have even scratched the surface of what this software can do. I have introduced Digitile to one of my clients with 100,000+ images online and this will do the trick for keeping those organized.

I haven't really found a con. When I made a feature suggestion the team at Digitile took it seriously.

Digitile is an amazing tool to organize an important amount of photos and videos. It allowed us to organize in a comprehensive way all of our files and make it easy for the team to find what they are looking for. Customer service is also very good. Everything time we needed support, we were able to get in touch with someone quickly and have it fixed in a couple of hours.

Don't have any cons in mind. The last updates are really making big improvement to the platform and we are looking forward tot he next developments!

Easy to use, efficient, sleek look, incredibly helpful. This software solves one of the biggest issues in today's digital world that is much needed in fields using cloud based storage.

There were troubles with syncing Outlook, but was quickly solved and the Digitile team. There is nothing I dislike about this software.

Cool solution that helps you find your files stored in Gmail and other cloud solutions

We want it to integrate with our CRM. Sycn'ing takes a while but once it's set up the search is fast.

Really easy to use interface and overlays on our existing google drive storage.

Tagging and maintaining tags on new items can be laborious. You get out of it what you put in though, time spent up front will save a ton down the road.

Easy to integrate and implement! Using PDFs, the ability to search text within a document and populate automatically was exactly what we were looking for! The tagging is also great!

There is not a lot that I can say negative about this software.

I love how most of my documents are in one easy to find place. I love the concept of this product and I would definitely recommend for those who spend most of their day trying to track down emails and documents,

I like least is that it the product doesn't currently connect to my hard drive to look for documents. I save almost everything locally so for me that's been a barrier. The second thing is that it takes time to make it a habit to be able to remember to use the product.

Love using this tool to help locate files in my various software and cloud accounts - it's saved me a lot of time when trying to work across several tools.

Some of the authentication/setup wasn't as intuitive as I'd like.

A few duplicates found, but I reported the issue and Digitile updated their search, correcting the problem. Very responsive.
