Pros

It is highly secure and provides a sense of comfort in knowing our materials are safe and protected. We are very satisfied customers.
Ability to place notes on board papers for others to see and respond or even making own notes is a fantastic feature, easy to use and loved by all members.
Excellent product but more importantly, exceptional customer service. Very much appreciate the diligence (Pun intended) that the company has in ensuring a fantastic customer experience.

Pros

Very strong integrations to Microsoft Office and other office applicationd. Powefull enablement of company assets and great employee productivity booster.
Great to preserve brand identity. I also really like that it makes my presentations look a lot better in a very easy-to-use interface.
Great solution for Brand Management - it solves real issues.

Cons

Sometimes lost between windows opened and by mistake we close the wrong window and have to re connect again. Not that easy when we want to download some documents (the path is quite long).
I'm frustrated that the web version and one-click are not identical yet and wait for the day that the web version can do the drag and drop the same way that one-click does.
Making sure that the Board Members have refreshed their iPads so they can see the books. We have had problems with the Board of Directors not being able to open their books.

Cons

Double authentication can be a bit annoying. When in a rush, it can be a bit annoying to wait for extra loading time, but not sure if it is because of Templafy of the internal software etc.
I was not able to find any disadvantages right now but Pricing is bit high for small organisations.
