Allows us to see when people are reading sent documents. We can tell who and when each document has been accessed. The ability to password lock our documents is also very helpful.
Docs must be sent via docsend and not through our own e-mail client. Also the way docs are organized in the platform can be a bit confusing.

The test account is automatically created on the highest tariff and so the customer should be forced to book it. This lacks transparency and also a bit of fairness.

My experience with this software was quite decent. It helped me to keep my documents secure and made them easy to share with the people I work with.
When I share any document to my colleagues/clients via this tool, they can see it without downloading it. I like this feature. Its mobile application makes documents sharing very convenient for its users.
I found it a bit expensive for the services it offers.

Document sharing whereby one needs to create a link whether you working directly on Outlook or gmail. The feature allows one to spend less time in sending documents as compared with attachments, printing hard copies for signing etc

My overall experience is a very good experience with this software.
This software is really easy to use and let's you sign documents with an authentic signature right from your device.
I have yet to find a flaw in this software and I been using it for at least six months now. It's a useful software

Easy to upload docs. Easy to send docs and track who has opened them. Easy to create unique links per deck for each client.
Interface is a little old school and hard to navigate. Hard to organize all the decks and make sure the right link goes to the right person.

I had an overall amazing experience. Saves me plenty of time from signing things in person.
I like being able to handle and sign important documents between parties.
There isn't much I don't like about this software. Maybe use the app on my phone more if there is such a thing.
