Pros

I like the ability to offer individuals the rights and permissions to do their job efficiently. The search capabilities are robust.
The indexing is the best part, training was good. The employees in OR are calm and very nice to work with.
Can be accesses from Mobile easily. The interface is clean and simple which helps out using it effectively.

Pros

We have been working with FileHold for over 4 years. During that time, we have not had a more stable, feature-rich and better supported application in our environment.
The Filehold team provided excellent support throughout the implementation and the system itself has proved to be highly stable, reliable and intuitively and intelligently designed.
And it's great that it is free to use. I like to use it on my iPad as well with my apple pen because it really works like a sticky note, and you can change colors which is a bonus.

Cons

And the few items that I originally though of as downfalls where simply my lack of knowledge.
To the most sensitive company information which often will requires remote access in the field under pressure situations.
Not compatible with iOS. No app available for use on ipads/iphones.

Cons

Workflow designer in a graphical representation with drag & drop of the fields in the product is not available. Vendor-wise no negative comments.
At the time I had to pay some attention to the demo video to be able to understand in depth.
Rememeber, it is an electronic library - so whenever you change, add, delete or even delay something, your boss will know it.
