What is Documill Dynamo?

Documill Dynamo is a document automation solution for Salesforce users which allows the generation, management & distribution offers, contracts, reports & other documents. Document templates are available and customizable in this integrated online editor, with support for images, conditional content, nested tables, multi-level lists, and more.

Without leaving Salesforce, users can create and manage quotes, contracts or reports. It also works for account plans, CVs, invoices and emails. Data can be pulled out from Salesforce and included into the different documents. Its drag-and-drop interface makes it convenient to add clauses or special attachments like terms & conditions and product specifications.

Users can control editing rights and grant permissions. The document can be branded with company logos, colors, fonts, headers and footers. Workflow automation capabilities include on-the-fly translation or quick document approval. The final document can then be delivered in an automated email.

Pros
Never used a doc gen solution before using Dynamo - so simple and quick. Coming from a manuel process historically it amazed me what was possible with dynamo . I button push straight e-sign capture, generating reports through related lists from various Salesforce objects. The use of forms and language translations everything I need starts from 1 button push.

Cons
The learning curve is steep with dynamo but once you understand the possibilities with this solution the pain is small for the overall gain.
