Building can be frustrating when not using reports. Because if you make a change and the query doesn't update sometimes I am crawling all over SF trying to find the minor mistake. So many glitches -- pages will disappear and shuffle in order, errors happen all the time, and other random things. Also the limited users per account can be a hassle for a company our size.

Beware of entanglement with the new owners of this software. They will suck you into a monthly subscription scheme which is virtually impossible to cancel. The quintessential software for document automation. One of the best software (if not the best) for this purpose.

It is so well integrated with SharePoint. I have also been amazed at the willingness of Nintex product engineers to provide webinars, help and best practice advice. I feel like, after 9 years of using Microsoft Word, we have became best friends, we can not let go easily and I am very happy to have such a great friend. Will definitely recommend it to a friend. Formatting options sometimes act strange and I can't fix them after copying. This is not objective feedback, I just don't like it I just think of it as a necessary evil.
