I love that you can enter a great deal of data and be able to manipulate it for various reports. It can automatically do math like add and multiply for quick totals.

The HR Department has NO paper files any longer. Everything is on DocuVantage.

The software cannot be readily integrated or harmonized with other information systems. The software is totally insensitive to human errors; it does not prompt the user when there is an error.

It can be hard to figure out your mistakes. The macro feature cant be undone and can be harmful if ran an accident.

When there is a large amount of data entered into a spreadsheet it's inevitable to have trivial human mistakes made. Sometimes it's very difficult to find those mistakes later.
