Pros

The DocuWare setup team really works with you and helps you customize the software for your needs. It's electronic identification of scanned documents and intelligent filing is top notch.
Ease of learning and use made it easy for even veteran employees to become invested in the product. We couldn't be more pleased.
Investing in DocuWare was a good decision. It provides affordable value to our organization.

Pros

Easy to use, great results, free version is great, affordable price for premium. Maybe just to much in-app selking.
If you know a bit of publishing it is a perfect tool to create any kind of document you would like to publish. It is also easy and fun to see how well the document will grow and finally look like.
The overall experience was great. We were able to publish a monthly newsletter promoting the exciting accomplishments of our school and community.

Cons

Lack of documentation and information on the web to troubleshoot problems on your own. The company does not seem invested in its clients' education of how to use the product.
It has allowed us to pay invoices faster, track information about who has overcharged us, and track change orders without letting them get lost in the shuffle.
No more lost documents, no more folders on the desk.

Cons

The first batch had some sloppy cuts and weren't aligned well, but they quickly reprinted and got it right when I brought it to their attention.
I forgot to cancel the trial before it ended and emailed customer service. They were very understand and got back to me the next morning saying they will refund me.
If you don't have the paid version, it's difficult to know what's free vs paid before you select it. The editing page is intimidating at first as it looks very professional, but you get used to it.
