Pros

The DocuWare setup team really works with you and helps you customize the software for your needs. It's electronic identification of scanned documents and intelligent filing is top notch.
Ease of learning and use made it easy for even veteran employees to become invested in the product. We couldn't be more pleased.
Investing in DocuWare was a good decision. It provides affordable value to our organization.

Pros

I love the use of spreadsheets, formulas and the ability to look at information with ease. I track and review sales, spending, etc. and excel is the best program I have used for that.
There are very many advantages of this software. Ability to express the information graphically is one of most useful option to researchers like me.
Robust spreadsheet editor that caters for almost every situation. Its formulas, automation possibilities with programming and integrations are excellent and really very useful.

Cons

Lack of documentation and information on the web to troubleshoot problems on your own. The company does not seem invested in its clients' education of how to use the product.
It has allowed us to pay invoices faster, track information about who has overcharged us, and track change orders without letting them get lost in the shuffle.
No more lost documents, no more folders on the desk.

Cons

Excel should integrate formula error correction in future upgrades as it is hard to decipher errors and update them manually. In addition, there is no option to correct spellings as we write.
Some annoying macro features. Once you run a macro, you can't undo what's been done, which can be harmful if it was run on accident.
Also, some versions have more problems than others, and some tend to close without warning. Of course, it can be a real headache for the impatient ones.
