Secure enterprise file sharing made easy.
Real-Time Team Collaboration & Project Management Software
What users mention about Samepage See all reviews What I like about this software, is its flexibility in sharing task information to the team (members of the group). The ease in listing time and date of activities is very easy and user friendly. I contacted customer service and they gave me a fabulous deal for my non profit. It is nice to see that some companies are still helping small businesses. Very polished looking interface, with clean & sharp icons. The ability to have conversations, share files, and modify one file for updates to the team is great online.
A single place for team communication and workflows
What users mention about Slack See all reviews As of today, the only downside that I've been experiencing is missing notifications. Even though I've updated the notification settings I've found that I missed some of the messages. The tool is super easy to use, it opens up the lines of communications across teams and the org, and you can have so much fun while doing. It's great for boosting team moral and spirit. Love it, is super easy to use, they always bringing updates, I will definitely recommend it.
Secure document collaboration & project management
What users mention about Huddle See all reviews I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure. It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well. Once we got it up and running the improvements we saw in our teamwork was clear. I would definitely recommend looking into it if you are on the market for something like this.
Enterprise file sharing & content governance
What users mention about Egnyte See all reviews Favorite aspect is the ability to share files and be notified when and where they are opened from. It's also nice to have version history for files. Egnyte does a great job for online secure document storage. With tight hierarchal permissions, it's a great option for remote companies who don't have local offices to secure sensitive documents. So far, very satisfied with it. Great for remote/distributed teams, good value for the money vs the mainstays like Dropbox and Box.
Cloud based electronic document management
What users mention about eFileCabinet See all reviews Hate the checking in and out of documents and often I get error codes trying to check something back in. I have no doubt it has far more capabilities than I utilize as a small firm. EfileCabinet has saved us great amount of space since we have been able to scan all documents. We are not 100% digital but we have converted a great amount of our documents. I love the fact that we have been able to get rid of a lot of paper in the files and use e-file, which has been so amazing. We can just log in and get any information we need for our clients.
Document management solution for businesses of all sizes
What users mention about Dokmee See all reviews It fits perfect with the SMB, but has the strength and technology that the market requires in document management. I not only recommend Dokmee to my colleagues, but I also use it in my business. It is a great experience and the sense of logic behind it is powerful too, makes DOKMEE a very good asset to any one using it. In a few words, its very easy to implement, use and escalate, the capacity of integration with our products (Kodak Alaris Portfolio) its outstanding.
Cloud-based & on-premise document management
What users mention about DocuWare See all reviews The DocuWare setup team really works with you and helps you customize the software for your needs. It's electronic identification of scanned documents and intelligent filing is top notch. It has allowed us to pay invoices faster, track information about who has overcharged us, and track change orders without letting them get lost in the shuffle. No more lost documents, no more folders on the desk.
Create, capture & access everyday notes on mobile devices
What users mention about Evernote See all reviews Intuitive document organisation, just like you would organise tangible documents, big kudos to the product design team. Great ease of use, even for first-time users. I love everything about this app. I use it on my laptop and have the accompanying app, and the information is synced immediately - making it super easy to track anything and everything. Sometimes I can get lost in the endless categories and subcategories that are possible to make. And notes can sometimes hard to distinguish from each other.
Cloud-based document management software
What users mention about Content Central See all reviews This one fit our needs perfectly because of its compatibility with our accounting software Great Plains, it is user-friendly and has workflow approval features that we were looking for. Don't buy a system until you have spent some time reviewing this solution. Good price - good company - easy to use. I have even contacted sales to start my support request because I can always reach them. Once support contacts me, however, they are wonderful and always fix any issues I am having.
Secure Content and File Sharing. Free Cloud Storage.
What users mention about Box See all reviews We have really improved our working while using this tool because it allows us to save time and money while we can extract most of the benefits from this tool in a reliable way. Box is a super reliable secure way to go paperless. It makes collaboration and sharing documents super easy. Absolutely great it's almost like the corporate Dropbox. Much more secure and extremely user friendly and customisable based on your needs.
Online Document Management
What users mention about Zoho Docs See all reviews It helps you in excellent work creation and you can make it in any sort of required format. It can help you in creating good stuff and help you in making best thing possible. Zoho Docs is easy to use, robust, online, and free for up to three users. It offers a feature rich platform not found on platforms that are entirely free. This Office Suite offers a great alternative to the mainstream productivity applications available at a much higher price. Great for a small business just getting started.
Secure file sharing and sync
What users mention about ShareFile See all reviews Easy to use and has several add-ins that all seem to work great. Customer support is easy to contact, helpful and speak good english. We appreciate the ability to quickly and securely share files. Good accountability and super reliable, but a bit pricey. The desktop app seems to work well than when you access it with your PC browser. We have not had any major problems with this tool but poor internet coverage might block you from accessing files.
Secured online Sync and File Sharing
What users mention about Syncplicity See all reviews If you want to share or store your files in a secure way then syncplicity is one of the best options. Very good product for file sharing that helps a lot for working with clients which keeps the history of sharing so can get the records any time that I want. It has limited time to download a file. If you miss the date, file will disappear.
Elegant and secure file sharing for businesses
Cloud storage and backup for files, photos, docs, and more
What users mention about Google Drive See all reviews Super helpful and helps you organize your files. I think living in today's world its important to have everything saved on a cloud, preferably more than one just incase anything happens to the other. I find it great to be able to access your documents anywhere you are, and it's easy to share documents that can be edited live. I also enjoy the fact that you can see who is logged in at each time. What I like most about Google Drive is that works seamlessly in Gmail, on my phone, off and online. It is fast, responsive, is super secure, anyone can see docs you share, and it's low price.
Secure access, sharing & file storage
What users mention about Microsoft OneDrive See all reviews It's worth it the price and for the peace of mind of not filling my hardware capacities. Good syncing capabilities as all my devices are always synced. I did not see almost any advantages of this cloud storage. I can only highlight a good search for keywords. OneDrive is amazing if you're in a Microsoft environment, however, the pricing is not that great. If Microsoft improves on their pricing, I believe it would be the best. What users mention about CloudApp See all reviews I dislike the time limit because it rushed me and without a mouse doing a demonstration screenshot is very difficult. Good service to share details with your team giving design feedback, commenting system is good to discuss the design, great tool to get your tech tutorials more attractive. For those who share their screen a lot, CloudApp is a godsend. But even for the rest of us, the app helps us explain better with easy to share screen captures.
Secure cloud storage with multiple cloud account connections
Business file sharing & synchronization software
Multi-device cloud content storage
What users mention about iCloud See all reviews It's inexpensive, easy to use, secure and accessible from anywhere. Just perfect when you have several Apple devices. I really love the simplisity and the integrations that icloud provides. If you have an iphone, mac or any other apple product or several - icloud is a best cloud solution for you. This is a great example of how iOS users are so loyal to their Apple devices. ICloud works great and ensures your entire house is synced up and really makes life a lot easier.
Try Intralinks VIA for Free !
Collaboration app suite for teams
What users mention about G Suite See all reviews I really like using the Google G Suite, just because it's so easy, it's free, it's great for collaboration and it integrates so well with other programs like Slack, Basecamp or Workzone. I have used it for so long and its super easy to use, from keeping track of all my calendar activities and backing up my contact the experience is worth it. The occasional quirk is so worth it, and I'd take a Google product over a Microsoft or Apple one any day. They're just the best when it comes to ease of use--and the products look fantastic, too.
Cloud file sharing, sync and backup from any device
What users mention about SugarSync See all reviews I liked the ease of setting up everything. The online tutorial I found was super helpful and had everything done pretty quickly. The fact that there was a backup online as well as on your machine was nice. Being able to share folders theoretically seems great. We were trying to use it to share files among our remote team but it created way more headache than anything else. It was also a pain to get our accounts cancelled.

Share Files & Collaborate on Creative Projects with Hightail
What users mention about Hightail See all reviews Ve been using Hightail since day 1. I am very pleased with the quality and the ease of sending documents to customers that are too large to email. It is difficult to do a search on files having been sent without scrolling down the page. They also used to send out alerts if they had a problem but this has now stopped. Hightail has some really awesome customer service. Other than that, I feel there are other cloud storage and file sharing applications that are more superior.
Collaboration & content management platform
What users mention about SharePoint See all reviews Worst thing I see and it is more of a user problem than software problem, is that people can name files whatever they want and it can get dificult to find files. This software is definitely easy to use and very easy to organize. I love that I can share documents with co-workers without giving them the ability to edit my document. Because it has so many features, it can be confusing sometimes. Also, if someone delete something by mistake, there is no way to retrieve the data back.
Online document creation and editing
What users mention about Google Docs See all reviews There are a couple things I like about Goole Docs. I like that it is 100% free and easy to use, as well as give me the opportunity to collaborate with Others. I absolutely love that I can easily share the documents with anyone from anywhere. It makes collaboration super easy especially with the comment and edit options that are integrated in Google docs. It's the simplicity and the wealth of tools in one place. I can create all kinds of documents, store them in a single location, and collaborate with teams with good version controls.
Create, share, and collaborate on documents
Online file-transfer platform
What users mention about WeTransfer See all reviews Only negative is that some companies have fire-walls that block WeTransfer links, preventing the files from being downloaded from their servers. Used it multiple times to pay for travels and hotels is Asia, where the hotels don't have PayPal or accept credit cards. Super awesome service, and you feel secure from start to finish. Great, I always use it and always recommend everyone else to use it. Interface is very pleasant, easy to use event for individuals who are not particularly tech savvy.
Email large files and send large files
Backup Your Computer, Backup Your Life
Send, receive and track large files
Cloud-based note-taking application
Internet based backup solution
What users mention about Carbonite See all reviews I love how easy it was to backup my entire PC. I felt very safe and secure knowing all of my files were stored and could be restored if necessary. I have to reboot the server and this usually fixes the problem, but it can be annoying to have to do that. It is so easy to use and gives great peace of mind that my documents are stored. I like how you don't have to do anything but simply let the software run in the background.
Professional online document & file management
What users mention about PaperPort See all reviews I reinstalled, and that resolved the serial number problem, but the program getting hung up is even worse. It gets stuck previewing the original directory and will not update. Over all experience is good, I love working with this program and highly recommend this to anyone who has to separate documents and put them in a different order. Ease and quality of the scanned documents and the ability to select your quality.
Powerful Document Automation that creates with one click
What users mention about WebMerge See all reviews I like seeing the maturation of the Platform, and just how helpful the Help section is. To me, very solid foundation and very easy to include in the day-to-day document management process. I love the ease of use once its up and running it save me a lot of time and allows me to produce nice looking documents with the click of the button. Good value with good support. The pricing is very reasonable and the owner is extremely responsive to questions, including in after hours.
Cloud mobile collaboration platform
100% free CRM, collaboration and communication tool suite
What users mention about Bitrix24 See all reviews I am overall not pleased with this CRM but for a small company in it's first few years, it is cheap and good for small projects. Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.
Powerful enablement for your sales and marketing teams
What users mention about Seismic See all reviews Seismic has been a great tool for our organization and it has been a great experience while our company works on transferring our content from an older site on to this one. Great experience with Seismic so far, our teams are really enjoying the additional features when it comes to finding and sending out content to prospects and clients. We love having a single source of truth for all our Marketing materials and we love being able to easily update our LiveDocs with one single data source.
Project Management Made Easy
What users mention about monday.com See all reviews The managers are able to have a high-level view of how progress is going, while the team can see the daily details of each and every task. The layout is fun, colorful, and most importantly clean. The feature that I liked the most and is the most impactful is the ability to integrate with other software applications to bring in data to Monday.com. It creates a seamless integration. Monday.com is a great tool in my experience for smaller teams who need a robust solution to help with project alignment and goal setting.
A Modern Digital Workplace to keep remote teams connected.
What users mention about OnSemble See all reviews Now, I feel like I have a pretty good handle on things. If I had more time, or had things not been so jumbled when I took it over, I think our portal would look even better than it does now. I love the support we receive from them, especially all of the webinars and trainings. It really helps bridge the gap between where our portal is today and where we want it to be. Minimal training time - OnSemble is very easy for staff to adapt to. The built-in modules are amazing and help with pretty much any need we've had with our Intranet.
Manage your projects from start to finish with Wrike
What users mention about Wrike See all reviews The Gantt chart is amazing and very handy as a project management tool and good for scheduling. It has a Customized automated workflows, and also can be integrated with so many popular Apps. Then they deactivated our account with no warning, and when I asked they said "it's written on the invoice. I supposedly had access to a CSM, but they never called. We want to stress that we love and recommend Wrike mostly for its ability to combine what we see as available features from other applications under one umbrella.
A mobile-first communication app for non-desktop employees
What users mention about Beekeeper See all reviews Beekeeper is a great and fun tool to connect with colleagues, share information, and communicate directly via chat. Beekeeper is easy to install and does not need a lot of explanation. We definitely improved the employee engagement in our company; in addition to that, the customer support is proactive and helpful (which helped a lot during the implementation phase). We've added fun projects to keep engagement on Beekeeper high so that our company continues to use it. It's a great tool for both employee engagement and communication.
Smart Cloud Storage For Collaboration and Automation
Online meeting software with HD video conferencing
What users mention about GoToMeeting See all reviews With how easily it is to set up an event for the presenter, the attendee "ease of use" is also excellent and makes it more appealing to joining the meeting. I do love this platform for ease of use. I espeically love that I can setup a meeting quickly to provide tech support or host an impromptu meeting. I have had colleagues that were unable to attend class due to illness and this made it possible for them to call into class, listen to the lecture/discussion, and chime in.
Project and work management for teams of all sizes.
What users mention about Asana See all reviews Using the free version currently and the free version is good enough for my management. I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.
Intranet software and collaboration solutions.
What users mention about Communifire by Axero See all reviews Pair that with a superb team and you have a software which helps you as a business owner present an incredibly powerful and amazing platform for your users. Their team is very responsive and seems like they actually care about their customers. It's pretty easy to use -- the set up was fairly painless. I like the pagebuilder function, ease of publishing.
Team workflow, SOP and recurring process management platform
What users mention about Process Street See all reviews The worst part is the cancelation procedure which is q manual "request to cancel" and appears to be ignored. I canceled 2 days before the billing date through the website, then I was STILL charged. Process Street is outstanding for both documenting our processes and for tracking work in progress. We use it for both, and have saved tons of time and money. We're slowly finding ways to implement this more and more into our systems. We have a support person on Process Street that's super helpful and responsive to our many questions.
Project and task management tool
What users mention about Notion See all reviews Also, I love all the prebuilt templates available in the gallery and it's easy to duplicate a template someone else created. It is so intuitive to get started and their documentation is great. Ve watched the app grow in features and stability over the past 12 months and it is very promising but it is not my primary note-taking app. The lack off offline mode is the biggest hindrance for me. I love the product, and love taking inspiration from other people who are using the product. There a many open source templates that you can use and organize your life on top of them. What users mention about Wimi See all reviews Wimi is simply not one of these tools that I am looking for. I appreciate the effort, I like web browser like conceptualizations but I had the feeling that too many things have been squeezed in there. It's a perfect solution to manage projetcs and share quickely informations with members of your team. I extremely recommend WIMI for people who have projects to do. We can share all the details at a common shares location. Wimi is the best tool of the 2017 that I have used and still using in 2018.
Conversation platform for team collaboration & productivity
What users mention about Glip See all reviews The thing that I like most about Glip is that it is super easy to use. I like that you can easily share files and that conversation history stays in the window at all times. Excellent messaging features, including practical things like tagging people, keyboard shortcuts, and inline attachment previews, as well as fun features like GIF's and Memes. I no longer worry if a task is going to be completed on time or forgotten. WIth Glip, we are able to stay organized and communicate more effencently.
Communication and collaboration platform for teams
What users mention about Flock See all reviews One of the most useful aspects of Flock is the ability to create and engage with various different channels seamlessly. This allows for more effective and efficient communication. Sending an email following a missed message is crowding my inbox. But overall, I can't think of any serious dislikes. Flock is a great connective tool for our company. It is a streamlined platform with which we can connect with each other, which is important since we rarely meet as a group.
All-In-One, Team Communication Platform
What users mention about Noodle See all reviews Love the software and especially happy with the Customer Support team who helped to customize a solution for our team. Embeddable code capabilities in certain posts - helps to display unique content and certain web apps, this was another thing that was important to me. Some formatting lost when copy/pasting from other applications.
Employee app & portal for remote teams
What users mention about Blink See all reviews Awesome user experience. It is the best software of its kind to really link teams together. Generally a good, easy to use app that allows good interaction with colleagues as well as getting news and updates out quickly. I believe we made a great decision by choosing Blink and I would recommend them to any other company looking to up their communication game.
Interactive intranet and collaboration hub for business.
What users mention about Jive See all reviews Jive is very friendly to use and it is so easy to use. The customer representatives do a very good job. We were using Truly before and although the call quality was not as consistent, I preferred the interface. Much cleaner and minimal. A lot of the issues with this system may be experienced with most intranet services of its kind, but it's important to keep in mind.
The People Engagement® platform.
What users mention about Jostle See all reviews Its so easy to launch and train co-workers. Visually pleasant to navigate and helps create a fun corporate cultural with its social media-based style. One of the best parts i would say is the people sections, it is nice cause it allows you see everyone from your company and this is nice when you have several offices like i do. Easy to use and setup with good support from the on-boarding team and regular catch-ups over the time period. The library is a great tool with good security and functionality.
Discover and Tag Any File From Anywhere
File storage, management & sharing solution.
What users mention about Bynder See all reviews Easy to manage and tag assets; version control of all assets; easy to share assets out with internal stakeholders, clients and prospects using collections. What I love most about Bynder is just user friendly the interface is. Everything is in the right place, which makes it super simple to figure out on your own, with little to no guidance. Great software with loads of possibilities, customisable options and an excellent customer support service. Definitely a recommendation for companies that depend on high quality images.
Virtual Board & Leadership Meeting Software
What users mention about OnBoard See all reviews Our experience with OnBoard has been excellent. From the sales reps. to the account managers to our Implementation Manager - everyone has been very responsive and helpful. It is very easy to use and helps report generators to save time. The admin functionality is extremely user friendly and the product is easy to use for boards of all ages. Overall my experience has been great. After demoing multiple platforms, we chose OnBoard because of the best affordability, it's user-friendly, and the support has been stellar.
QMS software for Medical Device startups
Enterprise file sharing, sync & backup solution
What users mention about FileCloud See all reviews I needed a little help from support sorting out the SSL certificate, they were SUPER great to work with. We used to use a different companies' software for this but FileCloud excels in so many different areas. Finally, I love how we can share files with the external world that are to big to email. It's fantastic that you can use this on all your mobile devices. It's time and money saving.
Create, organize, and discuss work with your team
What users mention about Atlassian Confluence See all reviews I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way. Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task. This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.
Engage everyone in your organisation
Internal content creation and knowledge sharing platform
Email and collaboration management solution
Email management software and shared inbox for teams
What users mention about Front See all reviews Easy to use, scalable to any size company and has a fantastic phone app. Customer support is good and it was easy to install and set up the software. This is just a feature request rather than a complaint, but I can have all the conversations in an email opened by default instead of the collapsed view. Previously, we attempted to use Gmail to accomplish this, but Front does a great job of managing the workflow of sharing one email and collaborating effectively.
Web conferencing platform for chat and video communication
Visual collaboration tool for shared project perspectives
What users mention about Trello See all reviews Total frustration and annoyance. The boards didn’t make sense, it was hard to work with a group and it took a total project golden retriever (me) and turned me into an inspiration-drained napper. It was a godsend to be able to see tasks that were in progress, had stalled or were waiting on my input etc. It's fantastic for collating information and for keeping dibs on my team and my own duties. Wonderful free tool for small teams with multi-functional roles. Helpful for me in a lot of the jobs I’ve been to, simply because it’s very straightforward.
All-in-one product management platform & roadmap tool
What users mention about productboard See all reviews Excellent community including a slack channel with helpful tips, articles etc. Portal is an excellent idea and great for engaging users and displaying the roadmap to prospective enterprise customers. The design and UX of the app makes using ProductBoard on a daily basis super easy and enjoyable. Creating custom views that you can call up when you need to is great. It has smart features that accomplish things other products or spreadsheets never could. The ability to link and adjust different views for different audiences is very helpful.
Secure data & file transfer for enterprise-level users
Digital experience management for marketers
What users mention about Sitefinity See all reviews There are so many issues with getting logged out and pages being unintentionally locked. It's a real pain if you don't have admin permissioning and are unable to unlock pages on demand. We switched to the Sitefinity platform in 2012 and really like this very affordable proprietary solution that is simple to maintain. Custom workflows for content approvals can be optionally configured to setup approval gates to ensure the quality of content changes prior to publish.
Slab is a knowledge hub for the modern workplace.
What users mention about Slab See all reviews Congratulatory thanks messages on your posts are a nice touch that helps you feel as though your docs are actually being used when someone thanks you for them. A sleek and intuitive wiki tool with outstanding search and the best customer support. I was very impressed by Slab team's customer support. They responded quickly to my questions and were very friendly.
Image upload & storage service
What users mention about Cloudinary See all reviews Good features which can be deployed when required. Good API and widgets available for developers. Overall best experience. Helps me in my project page speed improvement. In my case, I only use it as storage and to share photos of my trips, which is why it is perfect for me.
Mobile-first employee communication for large organizations
Your smart assistant for the workplace
File analysis, archiving & data management software
Digital Workplace platform for businesses of all sizes
What users mention about Kissflow Digital Workplace See all reviews The overall experience has not been great but because Kissflow offers a free trial we did not invest a lot and saved a lot of time. The customer support was horrendous. Some features were limited. API, webhook quite good, can do something to get the data. Workflow design and permission are great features.
Appointment Scheduling & Online Booking Tool With Reminders
What users mention about 10to8 See all reviews According to tech support, you are presently working on this and I look forward to using this feature in my projects. Good Luck and thank you for you everything you have given so far. When I expressed disappointment in the service and requested to speak to a manger or be given another team member to avoid time wasting my request was denied. All in all a complete waste of time. Save my money with online booking system, nice and easy to using , extra 20 appointment after review , will tell my friend this system to save their money too.

What users mention about Igloo Software See all reviews The ease of use helps to win buy in from your users. Of our company is up and running with uploads, postings, blogs etc. The app is super simple to use, and integrates our global calendars, events planning tools, and other resources so perfectly for our fast-paced environment. An excellent and easy to use software platform for clear communication to the business.
AI-enabled collaboration & communication management solution
Intranet & communications platform for digital workplaces
Digital Asset Management software
What users mention about Filecamp See all reviews This software stand up against the much more complicated sharing platforms in the market. Our clients are very happy about the ease of use and the overview about the drawings being shared. It's simple to organise your assets and distribute them effectively. It's great to offer people the opportunity to download the file size that suits them. It has all features as super expensive options out there. I would have loved to stay with them but my project was FotosDCuba and because of the US Embargo, Cuban photographers cannot access the site.
Cloud-based document sharing solution for enterprises
What users mention about CapLinked See all reviews I really loved how easy it was to navigate. This software was very user-friendly and the support staff was always responsive in a timely matter whenever I had questions. I like the 2FA, DRM, and Watermarking features for my users. Great customer support that is very helpful when answering any inquiries. I like the ability to customize the platform and it is cost effective for our company.
Automated cloud-based document collection system for clients
What users mention about FileInvite See all reviews The risk to this is of emails being missed in among the volume of emails we get and the process not operating smoothly. Its fairly simple from the user side and theres lots of tutorials for clients. The price point is great and I love that there is a free version also available. There is room for improvement, and based on where the platform is today, I believe it will continue to improve. Simplifies the document collection or tasking of clients.
Collaborative whiteboarding platform
What users mention about Miro See all reviews We work with remote team in Barcelona and Warsaw and we have successfully been having workshops/brainstorming sessions with Miro, which makes it fun and efficient. I had an initial love affair with Realtimeboard and had a subscription since 2016/17. Growth and then VC funding last year together with the re-branding debacle are forcing me to re-think that love. We use this in our sprint meetings and it is very easy to navigate. Best thing I like about this is the ability to add media directly to the board.
Simple, secure board of directors software
Enterprise content management & process automation platform
What users mention about DocuShare See all reviews It goes down A LOT, which incredibly frustrating and inconvenient when you rely on it daily for work. The ability to directly scan documents into a jointly shared and accessible location can save a lot of time and hassle. It is so simple and easy to implement and use. I like how it’s so easy to access my documents and to share documents to clients.
Build Smarter Solutions for Today's Content Challenges
What users mention about Nuxeo See all reviews The out-of-the-box functionality for document management is solid and their are some very nice features, like being able to view changes between versions side-by-side. One major complaint from our users is the inability to edit documents from within the repository by launching Office, something you can do with SharePoint and Alfresco. Very easy to manage your digital assets. Lots of option to protect your assets , review and share with required people.

What users mention about Bloomfire See all reviews The first thing you see when logging is most recent or popular assets and it doesn't allow you to quickly to go what you're looking for unless you type in search the name of the asset. Another positive thing is that it very easy to embed pages, links, pictures and multimedia. I can quickly compose articles that look nice and are useful. Compared to the software we used before, Bloomfire is smart, easy to use and also really easy to update. Our teams love how smart the search is and like how easy it is to bookmark commonly used links. What users mention about Shelf See all reviews It was a wonderful experience implementing Shelf. The project won the Partnership and Collaboration Award 2018 with Ontario's Economic Development Council. Support team has been a genuine pleasure to work with. I have appreciated their helpfulness and care from initial contact, through the sales process, and now as a customer of several months. Shelf is intuitive, easy to use, and extremely powerful. I appreciate the ease with which I can manage content; both creating new items, and managing current content.
