Pros

Its an extremely helpful tool that allows you to share and connect information with others in a selective way. It also has a great integration with Office, which I love.
My use of Dropbox has been positive, i like the simplicity of the product. Its applications are few but very powerful.
Dropbox has made sharing files much easier between employees. It is easy to maintain on a smart phone, giving greater opportunities to share information when outside of the office.

Pros

The tool itself is fantastic, you can easily share screenshots, edit them, autodelete them, give them a password and different visibilty status and all in a top notch fashion.
Super easy and intuitive graphical user interface; great all-in-one productivity/collaboration/communication tool; Version 5.0 is really cool too - love the new launch screen.
The ability to quickly capture, annotate, and share what I see on the screen helps me communicate more effectively with my team and with customers.

Cons

If your internet times out your upload will fail and you will have to start all over again. More of an annoyance than anything that is Dropbox’s fault.
Customer support and just finding that support team stinks. Go on their forum or whatever they call that to look for answers, I hate searching as I’m frustrated enough trying to figure out.
Some of my other friends swear by Dropbox but i am one of the few that have had enough problems with it that i jumped ship.

Cons

So, I bought this deal 3 stack code and also used the dashboard, did some recording. Overall it was a horrible experience.
Sometimes Droplr can crash when starting a screencast during the screencast.
Ve tried both desktop and web, and both are very clunky. I can't easily format text box size or edit font size, let alone go back and edit graphics.
