Not as good as Google Cloud storage
Love how my Co workers, or friends, can collaborate from our homes, but still be able to create together.
Not as good as Google cloud storage, and complicated interface

Dropbox was my first cloud storage solution, and when it launched, I invited everyone to try it (and was able to get the max amount of free storage available). However, as Google increased in popularity, and the onset of GApps, I switched out of necessity, and in a cost/value analysis Google came out on top. The most beneficial feature of DropBox is the ease of file sharing.
DropBox's only "con", really is the existence of Google. Google has revolutionized and made cloud storage secure.

I highly recommend Dropbox Business than any Cloud Data handling services because of it's security. In this digital era the only thing we worry a lot is about our data be it professional or personal Dropbox Business will be the best choice for file management.
Dropbox Business is a renowned file hosting service provider, and infamous for it's high data security. The file sharing, E-signing, file exports and imports are highly secure and easy with Dropbox.
Dropbox Business almost have all the features of Google Drive, but Google Drive provide more free cloud storage for free users.

My overall experience with Dropbox Business was good.
The thing I like the most about this software is that the user interface is simple and it is easy to use. Another good thing about Dropbox Business is that it offers a large storage space which is sufficient to upload all the important files to the cloud. Another good thing is that the uploaded files get synced in seconds. Also, pdf files, excel sheets and power-point files can be directly opened within the software without using external software. Also, all files uploaded to the cloud are encrypted and the software has no previous record of data leak.
The thing I liked least about this software is that the price of Dropbox Business is costlier as compared to other cloud storages like Google cloud, One Drive, Mega, etc.

The software is really easy to use. It becomes a folder in your computer. It has a great compatibility with apple. Also, many software has a good compatibility with it.
Is the most expensive option for cloud storage. Also, does not have the collaborative option as Google drive.

Great cloud backup system. It's super easy to use and makes collaborating and sharing a breeze for businesses.
It doesn't have the same robust cloud-based options like Google Docs, Sheets, etc. That's a big drawback.

Dropbox is likely the most supported cloud sharing platform out there. Compatible with almost all devices.
Personally, I prefer using Google Drive as it has integration with the rest of the Google Suite. Dropbox is just the basic standard for cloud sharing, no wild extras.

Dropbox is a cloud based storage option. It's good for teams who work remotely or even yourself if you tend to work from multiple devices. It's easy to access and once you have it installed its easy and convenient to use.
If you're a Google company (Gmail, Google Calendars Google Drive, etc.) then it just isn't necessary. If you're still using Outlook then this could be a good solution for transitioning to the cloud. If you're already using Google like I am though just use Google Drive for free.

Dropbox business is my go to cloud storage I’ve tried iCloud and Google Drive and I prefer the Dropbox.
Dropbox business can be accessed from anywhere any device by anyone of your choosing. This makes the software very flexible and I can work with a multitude of devices and expertise. You can share simple links with people or grant them access to your folder or give them full access to your account so that they can go in as a team member and do what they need to do. You can also pick and choose which team members have access to work folders and files so you can safeguard the files you don’t want anyone else to see.
Because dropbox stores so so much information it’s important to be highly organized and have a system for filing everything that’s uniform across all users. If you don’t organize well Dropbox Business can become a junk drawer of documents and content.

I will probably always use Dropbox. I do prefer it to the Google cloud storage that is out there.
The best part of Dropbox is that you can add it to your computer's desktop for easy access and many people can access the documents (once set up).
Only real con I can think of is that if you have a heavily used file and many people on a team, two people might be trying to edit the same file and then it doesn't save properly with both updates. However, that isn't really Dropbox's fault.

- Easy to use and suitable for enterprise file sharing. - Ability to share videos by simply sharing the dropbox link. - Dropbox lets you create a sharing link so that you can share large data easily with your teammates without uploading data via email. -
- Free storage is limited. - More expensive than Google drive. - Since it is cloud-based, company regulations and security concerns must be addressed.

- Easily integrated with Mac OSx - Can choose to automatically direct files to save on DropBox - Easy to navigate UI in the browser based application
- Limited amount of storage without the subscription plan - Doesn't have an easy email integration (i.e. Google Drive and Gmail, Outlook and Microsoft Cloud)

Has the same optipns as every other cloud storage software, but Google has the same options but does it for free...
It has auto upload for things like pictures and contacts. It seems to be the same as every other cloud storage software.
Only limited to 5 gigs without paying, which is the same as many of its competitors. There really are no wow features.

While Dropbox and Google Drive started at about the same pace with cloud-based storage, one has greatly outpaced the other. Google Drive has become a household name for its innovation, cloud storage, and native editing platforms that it has developed. Dropbox has simply fallen behind the times in terms of product development.
Dropbox has done an incredible job staying relevant while performing a basic service: allowing everyone to access basic, free cloud-based storage for their files, both for personal and business use. Their service is fast and very user-friendly. They make a desktop app that can easily sync files between your computer and their cloud-based service, although your files are also always available at dropbox.com. Their new Dropbox Paper app seems interesting and easy-to-use, but I just didn’t have much use for it.
Dropbox has struggled to stay relevant with Google taking over the cloud storage space with their Google Drive products, along with others getting into the already-crowded market (Box, etc.). Dropbox’s limitations to get you to pay for a premium product are essentially what ruin the product – your storage is more limited than on Google Drive, and on the free plan, you are limited to only three devices...

The desktop application and interface are the strongest features. Both are easy to use and easy to navigate. It feels like your native file system but in the cloud.
Dropbox excels in its core area of cloud storage but doesn't have a strong ecosystem that integrates with it similar to Google Drive.

I've been using cloud-based storage from way back in the days before Google or iCloud. I've used old-school tools like Panda and others from that era but when DropBox came out that was it for me. I was in storage heaven and have been ever since. Google Cloud, iCloud, and any other cloud-based app doesn't do what DropBox does. And most importantly, it makes it easy for the actual user.
I've been using Dropbox for years and have yet to find any real flaws. It works, easy to sync, and the UI was made for the actual users (unlike other companies who design UIs for the developer).
It's hard to find any real issue with this app but if I had to get picky, I'd like it if the Download button was more prominent in certain views.

Sheer ubiquity. DropBox is a well-known product and is used by default on many services requiring uploading and sharing files via the cloud and when it works it's a great service.
It exists in a world where google drive and other cloud storage services exist. I'm not sure that in a world where google drive exists and works so seamlessly with gsuite and chrome, etc. that I'd recommend dropbox.

Easy to use. Save lots of storage room on my computer. Can send and share with other quicker and easier
Dropbox offers users to easily share and send files over the cloud. There are several platforms for it - desktop, phone app, etc so that is very helpful when needing to access your documents or pictures.
The compatibility with other cloud storage programs like Google can cause issues when sending or sharing a file. It's also a bit pricey for some users.

Dropbox is a household name and is bare-bones, no frills.
Expensive, dropbox fails to its typically-free competitors such as Amazon cloud, Google, iCloud storage. The ability to find documents is also a bit counter-intuitive.

Dropbox was the first cloud service we begin to use many years ago and still is part of our process! Really appreciate the fact that it's possible to get back an older version of the file very easily
Google Drive, another cloud service we use, has in the last years overtake dropbox's features by far... so, when we need only a backup service dropbox is okay, but most of the time we are now using the Google service!

I have used Dropbox to share files around the office for a time but have since used other services that I feel are easier to integrate with other tools we are using.
Dropbox is very reliable and has an easy design to understand and use especially for those who don't use cloud based services often.
Compared to other cloud sharing services Dropbox is behind because it isn't fully integrated with other big platforms like Google or Microsoft. It is fine to use with any file but it doesn't make it simple like Google drive or OneDrive.

Works well for syncing between devices, and for small transfers of files. I don't feel it is super safe, and find it a little tricky to come to grips with the user interface. I do like the added ability to use Microsoft office with it though...
The best thing about Dropbox is it syncs between my two Macs.
The cloud based (when online) way of using the file system is very unintuitive - man it frustrates me so much, and so I almost exclusively use Google Drive

I use this platform for very specific storage and performance uses. Overall I find it faster and easier to use than even Box or Dropbox.

I've had positive experiences with google cloud and use it frequently to collaborate with other professionals
I like that I can put items in the cloud and access them regardless of device or location. This allows me to easily share documents with myself across settings and others as well.
I prefer the visual look of other services like icloud or dropbox for organizing documents. This is a personal preference and doesn't speak to the functionality of this tool.

Very pleasent
I like the fact that Google is providing a good competitor for dropbox. Its easy to use, almost every phone as standard access to it. Makes sharing and ordening files quite easy.
Same as dropbox i think that sometimes using a cloud can get swamped with too much different files. making sure everything is orginized is something you have to make sure from the start and can take quite some time if you dont keep it good.

We've been able to move from dropbox, to google (a cheaper solution) saving us thousands. As we use gsuite for our emails, it makes sense to unify both our needs under one platform.
It allows for all files to be stored in a team and/or personal environment. It also allows for files in different formats to be accessed by google's suite of tools.
The UI could be more intuitive - we have had some issues with user adoption and learning of the google environment.

Google Cloud has been a game-changer for my business. The scalability and performance of their infrastructure have allowed me to easily handle heavy workloads and traffic spikes without any compromise on speed or reliability. The wide range of services and tools available, from storage and computing to machine learning and analytics, offers incredible flexibility for deploying and managing my applications. Additionally, the seamless integration with other Google services like BigQuery and Google Kubernetes Engine has streamlined my workflow and boosted my productivity. Google Cloud has truly empowered me to take my business to new heights.
Its a little too expensive for my business but worth the money.

What I like most about google cloud is their scalability, flexibility and reliability. Reliability because it is Google servers and they are up most of the time. Scalability and flexbility because they can accomodate small businesses up to very large businesses with their infrastructure and hardware.
The price because it is expensive for small business coming from third world countries.

I really love using Google cloud. It allows me to store everything and offer access to others to collaborate as well. I much prefer it to other similar softwares (such as dropbox) because of its ease of use and how accessible it is for groups.
I have no complaints about the software, but customer service was at sometimes difficult. There was definitely a delay in my request for help and actual service, which was not hugely problematic but certainly not ideal.

I love how everything is based around the cloud. These days most people like the products that you can use anywhere and in real time, and this product does just that. We mostly use it for storage, chrome, and data analytics but we plan to expand to other products.
