Pros

Its a very helpful tool. I use when when I work from home and I love when I have all my documents on my MacBook from dropbox- without copying them; they just are there, love it.
Love the different type of software it has to offer such as storage or the quality of being able to save.
Very user friendly interface sync is very reliable good retention features. Lan sync and smart sync features are great.

Pros

I liked M-Files because of the ability to organize company files in a secure location. I used M-Files to fully store my Tax program in my previous position, and loved everything about it.
The setup for workflows is amazing and easy to do. It uses a graphical interface that is fun to experiment with but at the same time powerful and highly customizable.
It will be the best money you spend and will save you the cost is saved searching in weeks.

Cons

The group and user policy is alittle bit weird to understand and alittle bit confusing. I had to redo the whole access policy twice because it was not working as i wanted.
To have the file uploaded in the background with limited speeds irrespective of the download or upload speed is something that has irritated me.
It has some integration that sometimes provides warnings through Excel, but other file types are completely at risk of having conflicting copies.

Cons

It creates synchronization problems in places where the internet connection is not reliable and there may be version problems.
What I dislike about the M-Files is User interface quite diffuclt to get used. They need to impove as well.
Also you does not find files sometimes because you need to put keywords but you may forgotten.

Pros

Dropbox has a very clean UI and the user interface is extremely intuitive. I also really like the scanning capability within the mobile app.

Cons

The only issue that I have is that Dropbox still uses the old format for document storage instead of a newer meta version (like M-files).

I m so happy with my decision, Is very easy to use, convert all my files to any type, and lot of space on my computer now, I recommended it.

Pros

After 30 days free you can decide if the product is what you were looking for. Is very easy to use and is not expensive you can pay monthly.

Cons

At first, it takes time to get to know him but then you fall in love with him.

I like that files that are too large to send via text or email can be shared with this app. It has been very useful to me and my family m I don't think I could find better.

Cons

I don't like that it doesn't give too much cloud storage for free and the amount that it charges for additional storage seems a little high.

Since Dropbox was installed in my PC at work, I have used it many times, I even set up one day re-arranging all the folders so it would be easier for the whole team. This would have been monumental, and yet it was quite easy.

Pros

you have your files and all your documents at hand, wherever you are, talk about convenient! Really, I just started usind Dropbox in the office 3 months ago, and now I use it every week. The ease of accesing all your files, is amazing. I can keep working home-office style when I´m off work and my bosses need something.

Cons

I still haven´t found a con in Dropbox as of yet. Every time I use it, I end up smiling, because no matter where I am, I have acces!

Pros

Very easy to use software, good for collaborating and sharing files with others.

Cons

Originally started using Dropbox as my client needed to send me files via it. I eventually transferred a lot of files to it as storage but then stopped using it and only recently swapped everything completely to Google Drive. I find it suits me better and is also significantly cheaper (by about $10p/m, as I am getting less storage).

I have tried other shared file storage because of the weird issues I have had with Dropbox...but have went back to Dropbox everytime as it still works better than anything else I have tried.

Pros

I like that so many apps integrate with Dropbox and I can usually save any file into Dropbox...no matter what I am working in. It is reasonably priced compared to other file storage.

Cons

It's hard to move around in...especially in the ipad app. Sometimes it acts wonky too like folders that come back after you delete then=m.

It's really expensive. I can't think of anything that it can't do. Only issue is the dollars we spend on this.

Pros

Dropbox is the perfect solution for all your file storing and sharing needs. Before Dropbox, I used to send separate emails for large design files and photos. Now I can upload an entire album of photos within minutes and share it with an individual, group or make it accessible to the public. The app is super simple to use, too. I use it primarily to access videos to post to our organization's Instagram.

Cons

Sometimes locating files, specifically shared ones, within Dropbox can be a struggle, especially files within files.

I love this product, I dont even use my iCloud for anything, as I also save all my photos and videos in Dropbox, so I m very pleased with this product.

Pros

I loved the easy of use to safely store my information. I can use it over multiply devices.Loved that they had a free amount of storage available and if you needed more they offered you an upgrade with a discount.

Pros

Our company uses it to share files among different groups throughout our company. The ease of use of viewing files at your computer, tablet or phone is great. And the comfort of knowing that files are backed up.

Cons

When we moved several of our users from personal accounts to business account was a bit confusing for the end users. Everything else is straight forward in using this software.

This product brings managing & accessing your company documents into the 21st century. The ability to access all your documents from in our out of the office on any internet connected device is a game changer. No more needing to share files via dropbox or OneDrive. This product can do it all either with built-in functionality or via their API's.

Pros

Ease of having access to all of your documents

Cons

I wish that there was some built-in functionality for doing validation for workflows.

Data repository and automating some business processes

Pros

Data repository. Mobile application is good. Automates some business processes and leaves all documentation in store.

Cons

Typical for some IT-solutions: "almost anything can be done with M-Files". Takes away focus of what problem exactly is solved with M-files. User interface is complex.

Out of the box experience

Mfiles comes with features out of the box that get you started but the real value comes once you start modeling your business processes utilizing the functionality of the core software. I have been very successful at modeling our business processes using the software. I am always amazed with what I can do with it. You can do a lot by simply configuring the software and even more if you want to write a little code. I am very happy with the software and would recommend it to others. Don't expect it to be tailored to your business out of the box though. To leverage it you have to get into the Administration functions and then you can roll out the solutions to your users.

Pros

The fact that I can define a solution with the software that fits our business.

Cons

I think the professional services are expensive and cost prohibitive. That is not a problem with the software but it is a problem if you want to leverage the product. You really need in house expertise if you want to get what you need from the software.

Pros

This is the best software to organize our business documents and contents in our network PCs.

Cons

No cons I have found so far, its inbuilt AI system makes it a lean and intelligent software.

Pros

Very easy to deploy and use on daily basis. Nice UI and simple to learn. Great customization for different business types. Fast operations.

Cons

Not found yet and hoping not to find any in the long run. Everything seems to be clearly taken care of.

Integration with outlook is fantastic. I can see who is online or not. It’s beneficial for resolving business issues and breaking the ice within international project teams.

Improved visibility of process, central repository for document management and a true understanding of process challenges which were previously hidden by paper workloads.

Pros

Can be customized to suit any business requirements. Great use of the workflow functionality, historical tracking and document management. M-Files was easy to deploy into organization due to simple UI with a great look and feel.

Cons

The fact that it now makes me want to convert everything I do onto the M-files platform and the amount of additional projects which have stemmed out of the roll out of a single requirement. Opened a whole new look at our business document process management. Wish we had found this sooner.

Excellent solution

We are a micro business that is expanding rapidly. Document and case work management is a pivotal part of the business and it was clear traditional Microsoft solutions weren't flexible and were cumbersome. M-Files has been implemented for 4 months now. All users have adapted to it easily. Apart from a few teething issues we have found the software adaptable and easy to integrate. The search function is phenomenal.

Pros

Search, organisation, assignments.

Cons

Synchronisation not good. Would like to be able to get reports more flexibly.

File storage in safe and quick

We are using this program in our company to share and store the files.

Pros

We can reach our business files from everywhere thanks to M-Files. Our files are in safe and we have no doubt that they will get lost. Also we can share files which have big size with our colleagues and suppliers easily.

Cons

You need to write many information to register a file. It takes so many time. Also you does not find files sometimes because you need to put keywords but you may forgotten.

M-Files gives me means of organizing documents for fast retrieval with parameters of a certain file.

Pros

The main feature that I like most about this system is the workflow creation where you can convert your business process into a paper-less and effortless process. Proposals, approvals, routing memos, etc. can be done via the computer no need for physical papers and appearances to the concerned people.

Cons

The thing that I am not well pleased with the system is the complexity of the program. There is a need for serious training to be able to use the full functionalities of the system.

Expecting a document solution with some smarts was not over the to. Uncovering a whole new paradigm of what is possible with work flow and more importantly business process management has truly transformed my view on M-files
