Probably the easiest backup

Dropbox's USP is its ease of use: it's a graphic interface with folder and it keeps everything within backed up. Good app too which allows access while you're out and about. I also like setting up specific sharing folders.

What do you like best?

Very easy to use Reasonably priced Good mobile app Very easy to set up sharing folders to exchange documents with others

What do you dislike?

Security is probably not the strongest

Why did you end up selecting Dropbox over other applications?

I actually use both but in slightly different ways. Builds up a strong back up policy I have.

If so, why did you switch?

I haven't switched - I use both together for a strong, flexible overall solution.

What is your main use case with Dropbox?

Back up of documents Sharing large documents with others

Give one example how Dropbox has improved the way your organization functions

It has made the secure sharing of large documents much easier

What is your ROI?

Difficult to say but I feel much more secure with all my documents back up continuously.
