it is easy to use and with little bit of effort it also can implement very high level of security. But that part is bit complex and difficult to digest
They recently added Digital Signing feature on top the standard content management features. This has made this product very useful since it allowed us to approve and work from anywhere.
Their upload workflows are too simple. But they have another product which can to upload automation very well. I assume it should be part of the solution like a suite

This product is easy to use feature rich Document Management and Archival system.
The features of the product are comparable with any high priced similar products.

Basically we are using it for personal file management.It makes easy for us to find a file or a document much easiar than before now.So workflow gets efficient.
It's the simplicity and fast connection I like the most.
Nothig special about functionality.But when you engage for a longer period with it, it looks dull aince no animated reactions...

Enadoc is a very user friendly software where even a lamont IT user also can simply execute their business operations without any support from IT Engineers.
I think there should be improvements in APIs.

The full text search and the ability access the product via any browser.
Difficult to access the system on the mobile. It would be good to have a mobile application as well.

A good experience. Looking forward for more new features.
Really helping us to move in to a paperless office and search for any document whithin a few seconds. The customer care is really good,supportive and efficient. No need to follow up often.
I would prefer if they can enable a feature to upload mulitiple files to the workspace. It's very time consuming to pick the files one by one. Also, the admin should be given access to remove or delete an uploaded file as there are instances where wrong files are uploaded by users. Password protected PDF's cannot be uploaded.

I feel there should be options for customers to select the base product and if needed take the desired features as add on features.

Enadoc uses mathematical algorithms to identify the frequency of each tag or keyword within the organization's repository. The tags or keywords with the highest frequency appear larger in the tag cloud while tags with lesser frequency appear smaller. Users simply touch or click the tags to drill down the tag search into several layers until they find the documents and information that they are looking for. Other than using the tag cloud, users can search through Global Search, which uses a variety of search parameters that help locate a document
We love the security in this software SECURITY Enadoc's Hexagonal Security provides additional innovate features to Traditional Triangular Security when it comes to keeping company information secure from external and internal threats. Active Security Active Security is implemented to assign levels of access for certain users. In document management, this is done by assigning usernames and passwords and implementing role-based security. Passive Security Passive Security helps prevent unauthorized access to information. In document management, this is done through systems encryption, which helps protect against external threats.
Enadoc easily integrates with existing office applications such as ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other legacy applications using XML and web-based services. Search documents using the interface of existing applications without logging in to Enadoc.

As a pioneer in the document management industry, I was surprised when I saw the user interface of Enadoc for the first time. But then the very comfortable interface based on tag cloud made my mind and I am an enthusiastic user today.
