5/5 - I love Evernote and use it as my second brain, all the stuff I can forget and come back to later. I'll never unsubscribe from Evernote as its become a part of me!
Evernote lets me quickly capture all of my stuff, freeing up my brain power to focus on the things that matter. Easy clipping from my phone or chrome lets me capture content to read later or come back to. Evernote gives me a easy access archive of all the best content and ideas I want to come back to later.
Evernote is great when used for its core purpose, capture and quick reference. As it adapts into trying to do many other jobs (project planning, task management) those features tend not to be powerful enough for me to switch from my other tools (TodoIst, Google Drive).

Overall Evernote is awesome. I use Evernote every day for a lot of things. Anything that comes up I take a picture of items and throw it right in there. I am also a huge fan of paper notebooks for my to do items and on a monthly basis I take images of these so I can archive and refer to them at a later date. Evernote serves as my other brain, so to speak.
Having my notes, passwords, pdfs, images that are important to me right at my fingertips is just amazing, across all of my devices at that.
It would be ideal that the to do lists template would be improved so it is functional and dynamic like ToDoIst works. I understand this is feature versus a function but that would be the only thing I could think of as it would be great to use one piece of software for my day to day.

It's a great way to dump paper ... by scanning material and sending it to Evernote. I use a free app "Scannable" which is easy fast and reliable. I no longer rely on filing paper documents.. I scan them into Evernote.. making them available wherever I am. And easy to find. Then those documents are ready to throw into an email and send to someone.
It's integration with other apps - Google Chrome especially. It's nice that you can create a URL for a note.. and use that pretty much anywhere - in an email -- or in other apps that may not be integrated with Evernote - like Todoist. In a note - I like that you can attach a document, attach an audio file (dictation) and type in your notes. I also use it a LOT for scanning into an email which I send to Evernote.
The web interface is not that great. But the PC version is very versatile and intuitive to work with.

I'm an avid user and recommend it to friends and co-workers all the time.
I love Todoist because not only can I create as many lists as I need, but it's intuitive technology can read my task and automatically turn it into a recurring reminder or add a due date just based on the text I type. It's so easy to use and also integrates with other tools for free, which is something you typically don't get out of a free product like theirs.
I wish Todoist incorporated a notes type functionality like Evernote. If they did, I would use Todoist for both rather than Evernote.

I’ve tried just about every task list app out there but none of them have worked until this one. Better than Evernote
Love duplicating tasks, simple UI but at the same time such a more powerful tool than it looks. Todoist helps me sort what my head sometimes cannot, and help me fee lmore accomplished, day by day.
It's a small issue but I wish I could sort my labels by due date. It would help if there was a feature that nudged me to get my tasks done as well.

I used to use Evernote and Omnifocus to track my tasks. Both are great products, but don’t hold a candle to ToDoIst. I can’t recommend it enough!
Using natural language to input to do’s is a game changer. Simply speaking or typing as you would natural speak create as a to do that is tracked, attached to a project, and scheduled couldn’t be easier. Plus the fun “Karma” level tracker that allows you to “level up” as you complete tasks is a fun diversion.
I wish using the app was as easy as using the web site. If you want to move multiple tasks to a project when you are cleaning out your inbox (and using Getting Things done methodology) you have to select and move them individually. In the web browser you can use CTRL to select multiple tasks. Other than this, ToDoIst is the perfect tracker!

I've used Todoist Premium for about 18 months. I moved from a very popular Mac GTD app because I use Windows at work, an iPhone, Mac and Linux at home, and I wanted an application that worked everywhere. Todoist is great. The web app has been rock solid and that's my primary interface for using Todoist (there are native Mac & Windows apps along with the expected iPhone/Android apps). It's fast, it...
Ubiquity and ease of use.
Lack of certain advanced features. More segmentation of teams would be helpful.

I set it up for my whole family so now it's easy to share chores and errands.
So easy to use and setup. It has smart features that recognize your text and changes for dates and time. It has recurrent itens. It has cross-plataform availability. Integrates with major products (gmail, evernote, calendar, and SO much more)
It could have another view type besides the checklist. But it seems it's on the way.

Very good experience in general. Such a pitty we switched to another software for the company, I still use it all the time for personal matters.
I used it so much for professional and personal project. It is a very easy to use to-do list software, and you can do a lot more than just adding task. It is really a day to day usage tool : for tasks, jobs, reminders, notes, etc. Good part is that they have both the apps and an extension for quick find.
I found it hard to use for large groups. It’s is super efficient for small teams.

Started using it as it integrated so well with the Spark Mail app, and it just worked so well I sticked with it. I'm not using Evernote or Trello as much now as Todoist keeps it all simple and in one place!
Just purchased the paid version after using the free version of the app for 8 months. I love that it is no fuss, it is simple but robust - it fits with what intuitively makes sense when it comes to planning. Sub Tasks were a winner, search function is fab and I especially love that I can just look at "Today" without getting distracted by all the other tasks in the way stressing me out. Decided to purchase the paid version as I was using the app every day and was keen to get even more out of the app with tags, colour coding and notifications for important tasks. Just been a few days with the paid version but I love it! PS: I have never had to reach out to support as I have had no issues!
Really hard to fault it. I would love a "Tomorrow" option in the same way there is Inbox, Today or Upcoming but that is little wish list item and not a con.

I love Todoist and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a task management platform.
The ability to track to do items and manage teams is one of the best available. You can set up individual teams and projects and then create and assign tasks within each of those. I also like the approach they have taken to gamify the platform it makes it fun for teams.
This does get harder to track and store files to share with clients. Each task management system has items I like and would love to combine into one tool but this has many of the features that fill my needs.

My overall experience with TODOIST is great, I can track my tasks and see milestones and adjust their deadlines.
I like TODOIST because it has a very friendly interface, I can easily access my tasks and track them, and set deadlines for them.
Unfortunately, some necessary functions are paid, and micro companies with smaller teams may find it difficult to purchase paid features.

Easy to use to do software mostly for personal task management with extensive options to prioritize schedule and organize your tasks.
For teams there are better options for collaboration and communication not just in the project management but even in the task manager category.

Very easy to use, flexible, you can enter todo's in different ways and it is really fast and works well with other applications like Outlook and Gmail.
I really like Todoist in its ease of use and speed. Also the connection with other software is great. I can use todo lists in Evernote and have them listed in Todoist. I can also mail todo items to Todoist and assign categories and projects as well. Also the use of natural language is great!
There is not much to not like although through it's simplicity of use you might overlook its real power. It is not bloated at all but i seem to use only its basic features that i can only use fully when i pay for a subscription.

I use it everyday all the time. Is perfect for my personal planning and task management.
I tried every other app, you name it, and this is the most comfortable in every way. The unique widget to add quickly tasks is incredible.
Is hard to see past works and how it was plan. I also find it too simple for teams, so for that we use other tools.

Todoist is the best software that I has use to managing our team daily task. The calendar let us to planning and add time frame projection for the project, which let us plan for our weekly and monthly project planning. We has a very good experience adding this software on our software collection.
Todoist is capable to planning and managing my team daily task, whether it is a simple and easy task, or big and complex task. The project management tools that this software provided can handle any project smoothly and let us to communicate on the platform using the build-in chat platform and effectively connected with each other.
I don't like the pricing structure that they offer, there are no lower plan for basic feature as we are not using all the feature that are bundled on the pricing plan. Other than that, there are limited option in service or software that we can integrate with Todoist that i want to link, such as Jira and Evernote.

It's been great, easy, efficient! When you're a manager of a big teams, Todoist is a MUST.
At first, my coworker showed me Todoist and explained why/how he was using it. Back then, I was having a hard time following up on things, tasks management. It honestly all changed after I started using Todoist. Since then, I don't even bother to memorize any task I need to follow up on in the future, I just trust Todoist to do it for me :)
For me, it serves the purpose I need it for 100%!

Time and process efficiency. Teams know what tasks need to be completed when and who is responsible for them.
I really enjoy the different scheduling, assigning, tracking tools available for Premium (Business). I like that you don't have to click so many places to get a task configured too. Todoist has this capability that can schedule recurring tasks simply by typing "every workday at 6am" and will ensure the task populates every workday at 6am. It allows managers to easily assign tasks and track the progress teams are making on certain tasks. The comment capabilities and attachment features is a plus too. Great way to connect teams.
Not as user friendly for those who are not as familiar with using new applications. Requires more training and getting used to for certain users. Ie: the sub and parent task functionality and keeping everything aligned. But once they get it, it is a hit with them too!

Todoist has been a pleasure to use and I can't recommend it enough especially as a starting app for your teams.
Todoist has multiple features which make it easy to use. The mobile app is minimal in design and easy to navigate. Setting up a task and sub-tasks, adding members, communicating with the team, & managing projects is just so easy. On Android there is even a widget to directly add tasks to the app. The web app is equally up to the task of it's Android cousin having nearly all the features of the Android App.
Being a freemium service, Todoist requires users to pay for their premium services as well as being limited to 5 active projects, 5 collaborators per project, & 5 MB file uploads in the free version.
