I'm able to find all my notes and documents, pretty much instantly!

Pros

It's very easy to get notes into the system using my phone, by entering, taking a picture, or importing a document.

Cons

Evernote is not a good task management tool.

My use of Evernote Software product

It makes all of your notes searchable, editable, viewable and shareable from your iPhone

Pros

You can also control access to documents by granting limited access to certain notebooks.

Cons

There is no ability to block deleting, anyone can delete anything. You have to also manually log out of the phone app. There is no audit trail and you cannot index, only tag. Finally Docs are saved on pages, not as standalone docs. I still recommend this software to everyone

I wouldn't recommend using this software in the field. For what functionality it provides, their are other better products out there that are worth the price.

Pros

Their software allows you to share notes, track the status of projects, and integrates with all major project management software.

Cons

I like that Evernote is trying to enter the market of project management, but they should stick to notes.

This app has improved our information management process, I can share notes with my collaborators, which speeds up communication, and helps tasks get closed quicker.

Pros

Evernote is a straightforward note management tool, very useful for those who take notes in their meetings using tablets and later want to have access to them on their desktops, laptops, cellphones or even on the web.

Cons

Sometimes after making a "web clip" on a web page, the Windows "clipboard" gets disabled, which causes problems when trying to do a "Copy & Paste" action, but this issue gets fixed by refreshing the web page.

i have a very rich search experience with Evernote. it makes organising your books or notes easy. i can takes snapshots of anything(notebook shots) and can store in cloud and get it accessed anytime from any of my device(you need to have your device synced).

Cons

Reminder feature is not up to the expectation and can be improved. while we use it on window user look and feel is not appreciable. otherwise no major cons and since it cost very low so this is an awesome software for project and task management.

Good experience if you are on a budget for a note taking system, if budget is not a concern, go with Office Professional and have a full suite of office management tools which integrate better together.

Has very good integration with document platforms such as dropbox and is available on multiple platforms with a great sync interface

Going paperless as possible and Evernote is the primary tool to accomplish this goal.

Pros

- Works on multiple operating systems (windows, mac osx) - Notes/shared documents are synchronized between mobiles, tablets, computes - Single windows for all kinds of storage (todo, notes, passwords, shared documents, audio, video, etc...)

Cons

- Payment processing for license renewals are tedious job - integration with other cloud storage like dropbox/icloud is not supported
