Pros

You get regular updates as to the progress. Clients are happy knowing that their information is being uploaded in a secure environment.
Love it - team are helpful and we use it every day and clients also love it as we look more professional than the average.
The best feature of this software is its user interface. It is very easy to use and it is an effective way to improve productivity.

Pros

Overall has been very good and anticipating a great working system for all aspects of the loan process. So far, love it and just anxious to finish learning and setting all up.
I love the fact that the system is web-based system. It is super easy to use and the support is awesome.
Great experinece, not to many issues at all - if I have any at all the chat is very responsive.

Cons

We are mortgage brokers - our problem has always been that to collect dozens of documents to submit a mortgage application was a convoluted and time consuming process.
It takes forever to delete unwanted documents.
The signature feature is kinda broken. The signature never appears on the right spot and the box can't be resized.

Cons

And because I asked, they cancelled my service and took my data and refused to give it back without an extra fee of over $1,000 to get my own data back, even thought i did not give permission.
Staff seems not to know their own system and has bad attitude. I even had one staff member intentionally terminate my chat while trying to get a setup question answered.
I'm also receiving feedback on the application from my borrowers. They find the application a little confusing.
