Easy to use, great way for our office to communicate effectively!

There is nothing that I like the least about Flock.

I LOVE THE INSTANT COMMUNICATION, THE CHROME PLUGIN FUNCTIONALITY AND THE ABILITY TO SET UP MULTI-PERSON CHATS.

I THINK THERE'S A LOT OF FEATURES THAT I DON'T USE BEYOND MESSAGING.

Flock is a super easy chat platform. It can organize the threads per user with a targeted reply or to the whole group. It is very mobile friendly as well so your messaging can be viewed anywhere. It is easier to use than texting since it is web-based and not dependent on cell signal.

I wish there were more emoji's and funny things to add to posts

We've tried Skype as our team communication app, it was good, but faced with advertisements, and we kept on receiving spam from hacked accounts, no integration as well so Flock is a better option. 1. 5 integrations in Flock for their free plan. 2. Group video calls. 3. Affordable than its competitor.

I like Skype's new redesign better than Flock's current UI. Their interface a bit too complicated for us. A little bit slow.

Very easy to use and for all of us in this office to stay connected without having to get up from our desks or call to ask or question or share something with the team.

We like every feature of Flock and cannot think of anything to change.

I liked the user interface a lot and its easier to use than other business chat software. Very simple and easy to use.

I like that it is an instant message that allows me to tell coworkers if they have a call on hold, or ask them a quick question - without bogging down emails.

It was a little tough at first to figure out how to add people or create groups

Well the most impactful for me is that it allows my team to instantly send messages and files while doing our job, it is the best way to let us meet our colleagues

the least I like and the one that needs to improve is that some files are not instantly available and some times missing, but that is not problematic at all since it does not happen all the time

It is easy to use on desktop and mobile devices. Notifications keep everyone in touch with whats going on.

For our present use. Nothing. We are happy with what it does.

I like how easy it is to use Flock, regardless of where you are geographically. They have an app that makes communication simple. File sharing is instant and easy.

Nothing i'd change! I love using Flock and would absolutely recommend it.

I can check in on employees on the other side of the building without complete interruption of their day.

Tough to get all employees to use it the same way.

I liked how you can have groups and save data in the group, share specific pictures

It’s not the easiest to use I find it a bit confusing even with tutorials

It's super user friendly! I love how it breaks down the price & has a description for all items available.

Needs more of an explanation on the life insurance portion. Lots of questions that I had to call & ask for ehlp with, but that really wasn't an issue.

I like most is that I have all the groups that I am in and i can check everything on one site. So when I have a little time I can catch up on the things I missed in my groups.

I haven't found anything that I don't like.

I like that it is an easy way to communicate within the office for quick reminders, or letting someone know if you'll be out of office.

The main thing I would say is that there are still some bugs that still need to be worked out such as messages being sent later when the user didnt mean for them to.

Instant Memo's for the office help ease the strain on our email inbox.

at first there were glitches getting it to open up after deleting cookies. I haven't had any problems for around a year now.

Multiple channels, easy to use and the ability to drop links, word docs, excel spreadsheets.

Haven't found anything that I haven't liked yet.

It is overall a good software to use, the chat is great and intuitive. I also like the integration of flock with other software.

There are plenty of things which needs to be available, file sharing is the biggest problem of all, every other software like flock give their user freehand on file-sharing take slack and connecteam

Lack of search and filters in the groups and personal chats

- Claimed to be lightweight, and UI colours feels good. - Lots of features that have deep functionalities

- UI is bit messed up - Same UI as slack, but it loads bit slower. - Adding lot more functionality is not done right.

Flock makes it super simple to get everyone on one page with centralized team communications. Similar to Slack but with a neater interface in my opinion.

Flock is pretty feature rich, but some of the integrations can be a little clunky and less than seamless.

Compatibility with mobile and very handy to use

This applications in the laptop starts when you switch on your laptop and which takes time to load making whole process slow
