Integrated project management that has the right mix of features and ease of use

I practically loved it since the first time I used it. Since I have used different project management tools, I don't feel overwhelmed at all with Flowlu's features. I like the flexibility that Flowlu provides. It allows me to set up a custom domain, and within minutes the site is running on our own subdomain, with SSL certificate issued quickly.

Pros

The project management feature is mature, with a useful called project workflow which is like a template for projects and tasks. The nice thing about project workflow is that it can still update related projects even though the projects has already been created (or duplicated). The unified Tasks dashboard is very useful because it merges all tasks from all projects for the current user. For most small businesses, Flowlu will provide many features out-of-the-box and you will not need anything more. So it really is a very good value for the price.

Cons

- Accessing Flowlu from Indonesia is not very quick, although not slow, so I hope they have a plan to increase performance especially globally. - Currently Projects and Agile Projects are entirely different, and the Issues ("tasks") from Agile Projects do not show up in personal Tasks page. - The way of assigning permissions to team members is a bit confusing. I hope they provide a unified page to assign permissions. - Chat feature is the pretty weak feature. The chat indicator isn't accurate and chats don't update in realtime. I hope they will improve this. Fortunately for us, we have our own chat solution. - The UI may be a bit overwhelming at first. It's not really a downside, just a logical side effect of the numerous features Flowlu provides.

Promising & Customizable Project Management Tool

A nice and promising all-in-one solution. I have tried various alternatives, but they are quite pricey when it comes to managing a team of 5 -10 people. With Flowlu you can actually do quite a lot on the free plan, which I did, and then switch to the paid plan, while the price is quite attractive. The roadmap looks solid and promising and the team behind Flowlu regularly rolls out new features. What I really like about the Flowlu team is that they hear and listen to their customer and take down the important feedback and improve bugs and add new functions as per user request. The support team is also quick and helpful. I was surprised to find a mindmap solution in it too. I have not tried all features yet, but what I have used so far is enough for my use case (digital marketing).

Cons

What I still don’t like about Flowlu is that they provide so many customization features that it is sometimes hard to follow and understand what and how should be ticked or unticked to use. It would be nice to have templates suitable for most industries (marketing, IT, Real Estate, etc.) so one could just choose the template and customize it to their needs. Another vital feature that I find unacceptable...

Workflow automatization!

Thank you, Flowlu. I found Flowlu at the perfect time. At the moment, I'm a little over 1 year into my law practice. Previously, using an excel sheet like plugin (Streak) for gmail did the job. The only con I can think of, is that the contact description does not allow for users to change the title of description/boxes. However, you can create custom boxes and input that information there. So really, the con isn't even one.

Amazing Team With An Amazing Product

I have absolutely fallen in love with the software. It has made my life easier by keeping on customer information cloud based so my whole team can access them anytime. It has also help me to have to avoid writing out lengthy invoices since the system has a simple setup of clicking and all information previously created (price, description, tax, etc) is automatically imported and calculated for you. The support has been great as well. No matter what trouble I run in to, they are right there beside me helping me every step of the way. They are like a part of my team. They go above and beyond your expectations to ensure you are happy with the service and that it works the absolute best it can for you and whatever your needs may be.

Pros

I like how simple the software is organized. I also love how the invoicing is directly implemented into the customer accounts and how Flowlu keeps track of all revenue and expenses for my company. This is really help to not have to hire an accountant.

Cons

The only thing I can say I have found that I don't like at this moment is probably that there is no voip implementation. However, Ive brought this up to the designers and they assured me that this is going to possibly change in the future. Other than that, I have ZERO complaints.

Definitely the best tool for comprehensive business management

I recommend this software to anyone to organize their business!

Pros

The customization capabilities of the tool for any business are absolutely amazing! Automation and workflows allow you to accurately set up ways to complete tasks and projects and all this in cooperation with CRM, which is great. API and webkooks allow integration with any tools on the planet :) I'm using Ssyncspider and I'm starting connection tests with my other applications. Great integration with corporate email and Gmail. Additional features such as invoicing, record lists, mind map or knowledge base, and great reports create a complete tool for managing a company. Whitelabel and connecting to your own domain is synonymous with professionalism for every client! Flowlu is a great alternative to many too expensive tools and offers more functionality in one tool.

Cons

It lacks customer support function but is on a roadmap. Now you can set up clients as users.

Flowlu - a strong contender for the Top Ranking CRM

We, a CPA firm, were looking for a CRM for quite long. We compared multiple CRMs along with Flowlu. Flowlu surprised us with features that we were looking for at an attractive price. There are multiple factors that led us to choose Flowlu: Flowlu is one of the CRMs where we can integrate with multiple inboxes. As an Accounting Firm, we have recurring tasks. Flowlu has a strong Automation engine which automates most of the functionality. We're yet to fully to explore the automation feature. In app chat is quite advanced and helps our team to communicate easily and quickly

Cons

Workspaces have to be feature rich. More functionalities have to be introduced in workspaces. Client Portal is missing! But, it is in the works! Project Workflows and recurring tasks - ability to assign a single recurring tasks template to multiple projects and bringing it to workflows is missing. It will help accounting firms to automate their repetitive monthly tasks spread across multiple projects and multiple clients

Things I really liked about Flowlu have to do with a) their different ways to map out and group tasks as task list, projects, workspaces that can all be related to a company or user. b) that they enable a checklist to be embedded within a task. I am still playing about with the CRM, but I believe there are other apps that are at this time more complete. I am sure that they will be perfecting them. And I would like to see a better "ordering" of the tasks. I tend to assign priorities by moving things up in my list. Other softwares do a great job of this ordering of the tasks. Having said that, I am a new user and have not fully explored the platform enough to discover and use all of its features.

We use only the free version of this software and it has been fantastic for our limited uses. We mostly use project tracking and task keeping functions and for that it has been fantastic as we migrated away from MS Outlook and toward more Gsuite friendly products.

It's Great (Tool) and It's True

I love Flowlu, the true CRM tool that designed to help creative people manage project or task. I found Flowlu as a great option for me, it comes with a lot of features and lifetime price, no contender so far. Compare to the other similar tools, Flowlu in my opinion stand out with simple interface to easily track and review your progress, as well as warming clients with lively communication inside the tool.

Pros

I am excited to see the future roadmap come to life. I see progress so far, some integrations are now implemented, great integration with corporate email and gmail, client portal is now active, and the tool is still running with great speed. Ability to automate sales process is unbelievable, Flowlu has a really user-friendly interface and is super easy to use. It's also surprisingly inexpensive given it has deep automation. Great support, great tool, Flowlu should become a main CRM tool and not only an alternative.

Cons

I just hope that Flowlu will honor LTD users though with improvement they make, they have higher probability to be acquired by bigger companies.

The perfect all-in-one software for SMBs

Essentially, my business has the potential to get out of the red now that we've migrated to one app for everything. Previously, spending cash due to inefficiency. With my team utilizing Flowlu, we have the opportunity to increase productivity and complete projects quickly. After a few updates we'll save additional time, I mean, nothing saves more time than having one software for CRM, project management, estimates / invoicing, task automation, document sharing, messaging, workspaces, polls, a knowledge base and reports versus switching between 34 apps.

Flowlu is meant to be the one-stop shop for agencies looking for a project management system, CRM, invoicing, knowledge base, and more. I just use the platform for project management, and it offers a lot of flexibility in managing any sort of client tasks. You have the ability to set up Workspaces which house various Projects that have various tasks. This offers a lot of flexibility when setting up various clients and projects for those different clients. Their ability to give different levels of permissions to different people (either individually or as a group) allows management of employees or freelancers very easily. Lastly, they have the ability to set up task templates and workflows that make assigning similar tasks ease, saving tons of time.

Cons

Flowlu offers a lot, more than what I need. Some features like email alerts that you could respond to via email to add comments to tasks are not available. Additionally, while they do have a mobile app, they don't have a mobile version of their website. While the pros definitely outweigh these cons, just know that they are still working on features like this.

Switching Was the Best Decision Ever!

From the moment I purchased this software, I have been very happy that I did so. Having used Zoho and Bitrix24 this is a welcome change. The ability to automate the sales process based on milestones is fantastic! I’m exploring the lists feature more and I love what it can do. The knowledge base will allow me to store my operations manual/SOP in the same place where my employees will be doing the bulk of their work. Flowlu does what I need now and what I will need in the future. The support team is super responsive. I’m super excited to see how the software will mature.

Easy to start and easy to use!

Flowlu is really simple to start and use. It has a very much planned, easy-to-use interface that is not difficult to work with and explore. You can manage your entire team and business in one single spot. You can effectively follow-up leads, manage clients and handle messages with it, which demonstrates a colossally advantageous. It has, essentially, all you need to put together and maintain your business. I am very impressed with the amount of features Flowlu has and is a great alternative to many too expensive tools.

Pros

Flowlu has numerous helpful additional tools like time tracker, knowledge base, mind maps, and so on. The cname and integration with email are extremely valuable for communication and also allows you to increase the brand authenticity.

Complete project management with affordable cost

I've been using Flowlu for a few months now and I couldn't imagine myself using any other applications. It's the only affordable software that has everything I need to keep track of all my projects and clients. It's helped me stay on top of my deadlines, has given me a much better overview of the progress, and has really boosted my productivity.

Pros

I'm really happy when they add Client Portal. It is completed all other features like CRM, Project, Task Manager, Finance, Time tracker, Email integration.

Cons

Because It is a complex tool, there is a learning curve. You will need an effort to learn and maximize all the functions. Also, it will be excellent if they add HR features. So I can track everything from one dashboard of applications.

Almost everything I need and promising

I want to craft all my quotations, contracts(or PI), invoices and hope there is automation process concern it to certain extent and linked to CRM/PM in Flowlu. But it's not available at this time. Even though it's not very easy to use, I still consider it's the best and affordable solution for me. Moreover, if Flowlu continuously improve this product, I believe they'll reach to the top like Pipedrive.

A PPM Multi-tool - A lot of use and possibilities!

A really great set of features and functions at a fair price, especially if you were able to get in on some of their promotions. I looks like the company does a good job of listening to the customer and implementing new features regularly such as having additional integration so that's always great. I expect to use this more over time, but since it's relatively new to me what I can say is that it's a robust package and I hope it can continue to get better and better over the long-term.

Pros

I like how the tasks management is handled. You can even see sub-tasks directly from the same view thus saving time clicking for more details. There are also modules for knowledge management and even mindmaping built in which is really nice because you don't need to have separate systems to use those features.

Cons

I would have liked to see the departments and company structure feature be part of the lower plan tiers. I am also waiting for the customer portal feature, but that's forthcoming (I hope!).

Since we operate a Call Center Company and managing leads and clients is very important, we wanted to make sure we choose the right tool for us at a reasonable price. I have used tons of software and always struggle to select the perfect tool for us. There are one or two tools that have robust features but the price is just insane and too much for my budget.

I am blown away by tons of features that I absolutely need for my company. It is very user-friendly. So far, I have not encountered any problems, all feature seems to work with no issues. And since I use Pabbly, I can integrate it with all my other tools. Best Features for me 1. Task Management 2. Workflows on Task 3. Gmail Sync and can be auto-added as opportunity. 4. Highly effective business tool

Great, excellent, superb API! As a person with strong software engineering proficiency, I know the value of API and can recognize the full worth of it. And I am of the highest opinion of API this platform has. Also, I like its rich functionality. For example, Flowlu enables to create tons of Sales Funnels, each of them with highly customized stages. Indeed! This is highly convenient, useful, and helpful!

Cons

Haven’t found many of them by now. Perhaps, it took a little more effort to tune its functionality so that it could meet our needs in full but wasn’t a too aggressive environment at first. But then we watched their training webinar and everything became explicit and easy to understand.
