I like how flexible and customizable it is. I really appreciate how it also include the automation features which is a huge time saver and productivity tools.

Nothing much really. Just that it would be even better if you could provide varied design style for different devices so I can make the form look mobile responsive

I found Formidable Forms and its plugins to have a very user-friendly interface. There are few features left out that most users would need, and there are multitudes of plugins for specific needs to expand its usefulness.

What I like least is that there should be the ability to limit the number of WORDS in a form field, not just characters, in a very simple way. If you search for this function, all you can find is some very complicated php code which, though I followed the instructions to the letter, would not work. I tried many, many ways. Inserting html code into one of the fields is not possible, which is what the instructions say to do. FF already has a button to click to limit the number of characters. Why would you not have a button right there with it to limit the number of words?

Setting up Formidable Forms is very easy. Aside from that, one of my favorite aspects is that it offers some ARIA capabilities to increase Google Pagespeed scores. If you have a website that needs Accessibility features, Formidable Forms is for you! From my research, no other form plugins offer this.

My least favorite part is that I can't shorten the space in between fields. This can make my contact forms longer (vertically) than I'd like. They do offer some spacing customizations for padding and margins, but not this specific one.

Have only been using it for about 3 hours, but the pre-sales support was incredibly responsive. I've found it extremely easy to implement most of our branding guidelines into the styling for this plug-in. We'll be using it for all our clients going forward!

My coding experience is limited so reshaping fields, etc to fit our design is still something I'm working through with our development team. Not a negative though, just expected for projects we're working on.

Formidable Forms is the most feature-rich WordPress form builder I've found (and I have looked, long and hard). Easy to use, flexible, and cost-effective.

Documentation could be better organized and more examples would help.

I was looking for a WordPress form builder for my new website and saw Formidable Forms. It is by far the best form builder I have ever used. It has all the features I wanted and more. My site now looks more professional with all these great features!

I've been using Formidable Forms for quite a few years now and it's a great WordPress form builder. Its only drawback is the price. This app is very expensive and there are now cheaper form builders on the market.

You can build and publish any type of forms in no time at all. You can collect and store the data and do whatever you want to do with this data because you are the owner. Whatever you imagine, you can build it with Formidable Forms.

Views plugin seemed a bit complicated to figure out at first. But you can easily use it once you get familiar with it.

Customer support always delivers quality answers with 24 hours, but I would like a chat available during business hours to get help quickly or answer a short question.

They sometimes try to add features that are unneeded and don't consider customers' needs; they add them whether customers need or want them.

The versatility and ease of use is amazing. Often we can accomplish a project with formidable where we may have needed to write custom code or find another plugin. Formidable pro can do so much.

I wish it was compatible with the Zurb's Foundation. This isn't a huge deal but it would make our lives a little easier.

I really would not know what to say here.. I tested a couple of other form plugins like Gravityforms, but never found a better one then Formidable pro

The infinity of things you can create. You really have no limits, it is not a simple form to receive contacts, it is much more! You can create a personalized registration form, you can create an email list that you will then use to inform your employees for example, you can create personalized pages through a form and much more! Calling it a FORM is really reductive. I recommend it!

If I have to find a "defect" it is the poor integration with page builders like Elementor (the most famous) and the poor integration with SMS gateways, you can only use it with Twilio and it's a shame. But I repeat, it's just if you want to find the "nit in the egg"!

I like the simplicity of being able to create forms and add them to my site. I can easily modify these forms once they have been added and can insert them anywhere in WordPress.

What I don't like is that I'm often left wondering why some things aren't easier to do when most of them are. For example, I'd like to be able to easily hide the Submit button at times and make it appear conditionally, but that requires extra coding which I am not fond of doing.

It's diverse possibilities. There's so much you can do with this piece of software!

That some of the features I use are only available on higher plans. I managed to work around that though by self coding my projects.

Formidable Forms is Very Easy to use on Wordpress.

It is expensive for Brazilians, due to the dollar conversion rate.

We switched to Formidable Forms as the native WooCommerce variable products could not handle the amount of data we need per product, but Formidable Forms does that with ease! Brilliant product and support!

Wish there was image select for lookup fields, but fingers crossed we will get that soon!

O que menos me agrada no Formidable Forms que tive lentidão e problemas de compatibilidade com a minha versão do WordPress, Além disso, algumas funcionalidades avançadas requerem conhecimentos técnicos mais aprofundados que um usuario novo não tem.

Formidable Forms is super easy to use, the documentation is excellent, and the features keep coming! I love that there is constant development of features, and the customer services is top notch. They really understand their product and have been a great help with understanding new features and how to implement complex forms.

With the AWeber implementation, it would be awesome to email surveys or polls to AWeber lists directly, or even to just create emails with the forms. Not sure if that's possible with email, but hey, it would be cool! :)

My favorite feature is using the conditional forms to have certain options show in a field based upon what was entered in the prior fields. I have 60+ custom conditional forms on a client website and they love how "smart" the forms are. Great job Formidable Forms!

Honestly, I have yet to find something that I can't do with Formidable Forms.

I have had to implement several data collection forms in the last month. Using Formidable makes collecting the information we need quick and easy.

Sometimes I wish there were more field options as compared to other Wordpress form creators.
