Pros

There are so many features that are great for organizing your inbox. The organizational benefits allow you to be more efficient in your daily workflow.
Easy to use, scalable to any size company and has a fantastic phone app. Customer support is good and it was easy to install and set up the software.
Previously, we attempted to use Gmail to accomplish this, but Front does a great job of managing the workflow of sharing one email and collaborating effectively.

Pros

Telegram is super easy to use and doesn't make communication a hassle for anyone. I love it and I would definitely recommend.
Free, easy to use, stable, seamlessly integrates text, images, and video formats. Basically, pretty great for everything but live streaming (audio or video).
It's a great app, work seamlessly everywhere in every kind of phone, tablet and computer. I am safe storing my chat with Telegram as they are on the cloud and I can access them whenever I want.

Cons

I can't believe that I could even live without Front before. I don't see how I can ever go back to the old way of just sending e-mails and losing the collaboration function that Front provides.
We have a shared inbox and we had trouble to avoid double answers and we had to forward the emails to each other or CC them on our replies so they could get informed of a conversation.
I actually missed including some invoices on my month-end statements last month, because those emails archived and I didn't see them in my open tab in under that tag.

Cons

During the last Hong Kong protest the feature of Telegram that allows seeing the contacts that are already in your phone contacts may have been exploited to identify the participants in the protest.
I am an employee of a beverage manufacturing company and my team always complained about the loss of production information such as videos, images or data sheets in a competing application.
I cant think of anything in specific other than maybe lack of features or lack of major user base. I use facebook messenger for more text communication and discord for most online voice communication.

Telegram

The best instant messaging app

Pros

Telegram is an amazing app with extremely useful functionalities (the saved messages chat, channels, the scheduled messages and a lot more...). One of the best functionalities is the extremely big space of the cloud that lets you keep medias in the cloud forever and lets you download it every time you need.

Cons

There's really nothing I don't like, telegram proved me to be the best instant messaging app, beating the competition on every front.

O ho ho... Amazing piece of software

As I said it is very easy to use and got a very simple UI. On the business front, we use it for sharing meeting plans.

Pros

It has very good ease of use. I enjoy its group feature the most. I have so many public groups for getting updates on the latest movies or videos also we have some business groups for meeting purposes.

Cons

I think it's UI can be improved to make it more interactive and appealing to more users. I don't think there is any other another issue.

Telegram

The Best Messaging App

I use Telegram for personal communication with close friends and family. Other than the privacy matter, this move also gives me better organization.

Pros

Personally, I think Telegram is better than WhatsApp in many front, especially in the privacy department. It also one of the pioneers of the use of stickers.

Cons

One feature that WhatsApp wins over Telegram is the video call feature. Telegram is also less popular than WA so either you switch or use both to keep up with everybody else.

It is getting better and better

I am using Telegram next to other messaging services and it has become a part of my communication toolkit.

Pros

I really like the simplicity of design and navigation. The soft has the right balance between what should be on the front and what should be hidden away.

Cons

I am a bit annoyed when the "important news" that someone just has joined Telegram pop up during an important for me a video call. It discrtracts.
