The best part of google drive is that I can save my personal files, images, docs, videos and anything else which is very important for me and I can use these everywhere through this drive.

It's super reliable, easy enough to use (might need to be shown the first time), uncluttered and effective. Sharing permissions are great, making it clear who has access to what.

Cannot flag notifications to come back to later so they get lost. Files can become muddled in groups as there is no system to the updated versions.

I am unsure of the encryption and how hard it would be for someone to hack in and obtain my files. As I am aware it is very hard but everything in the cloud these days has some risk.

Pros

Glasscubes provides workspaces for group discussion, file sharing, task management, and project management. In file management side, it provides file labeling for easy searching, as well as allowing users upload files via email. The overall user interface is easy to navigate, and the functions are quite sufficient for a team to work together efficiently.

Cons

Add functions for integrating with popular cloud storage, such as Google Drive, OneDrive and Dropbox.

Manage your work like a pro using Glasscubes

My experience has been good and I'd describe Glasscubes as an awesome tool for large projects like the One Ocean Hub!

Pros

I can easily have access to the files/documents without opening Google drive or Dropbox and instead of emailing, I can just write a comment to bring attention to other stakeholders/co-workers.

Cons

At the moment, I did not find much to critique about, so I have no comments for now!
