Pros

I really like using the Google G Suite, just because it's so easy, it's free, it's great for collaboration and it integrates so well with other programs like Slack, Basecamp or Workzone.
I have used it for so long and its super easy to use, from keeping track of all my calendar activities and backing up my contact the experience is worth it.
The occasional quirk is so worth it, and I'd take a Google product over a Microsoft or Apple one any day. They're just the best when it comes to ease of use--and the products look fantastic, too.

Cons

You can cancel your service, be said that there's no invoice for now, then get billed for that month a week after cancelling and be unable to get an invoice because the account is already deleted.
The feature set is really big, but the problem is that it's a bit hard to use for non-technical problems because some basic features are hard to find.
Ve had some problems in the past switching from a 3rd party hosting to paying directly through Google, which temporarily blocked my email which caused a few problems.
