Pros

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.

Pros

I liked M-Files because of the ability to organize company files in a secure location. I used M-Files to fully store my Tax program in my previous position, and loved everything about it.
The setup for workflows is amazing and easy to do. It uses a graphical interface that is fun to experiment with but at the same time powerful and highly customizable.
It will be the best money you spend and will save you the cost is saved searching in weeks.

Cons

For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.

Cons

It creates synchronization problems in places where the internet connection is not reliable and there may be version problems.
What I dislike about the M-Files is User interface quite diffuclt to get used. They need to impove as well.
Also you does not find files sometimes because you need to put keywords but you may forgotten.

Compatible! Good as a total tool for the office. Writing. Spread sheets. Presentations. Storage. All well in general. Very much competitive with the commercial tools with the M.

Cons

Storage becomes confusing. The switching between the old version to the new wasn’t that clear and smooth as previous evolutions. The store and additional tools for more demanding users can be promoted in a better way to improve the quality xoeri nice with the tools. Being an admin also has challenges since not always you have a clear explanation on tools available for teams.

Most of the work depends on it. Sharing the file, messages, and conversations with clients, I m using it and feel a satisfactory experience.

Pros

Safe and secure, easy to use, need a stable internet connection, easily manage the contents for years.

Cons

Storage is very less, only 15GB. Limitation to transfer file size up to 25MB directly. Receiving emails, in different tabs which are not related to that tabs

Email management is the best. Storage is more than adequate, so you will never run out of space Search is the easy & nothing better than Google till date Access is available everywhere from your phone to computer. You cant miss a thing

Cons

Sometimes the connectivity is an issue. That's just a rare case. Also the spreadsheet of Google is not as good as Ms Excel.

G Suite is great, but...

We are using G Suite to solve both educational problems and administrative problems. On balance, I recommend G Suite over MS...but be warned going in that you will spend a lot of time getting it from "good" to "just right."

Pros

Incredibly shallow learning curve coming from Office (on-premises) and Office 365. Slick and user-friendly interface and good support.

Cons

To go beyond the basics in a corporate or NGO environment (including schools), customization by using integrated 3rd party apps is a necessity. This can add complexity and cost -- including O&M costs.

Pros

It's so easy to use - my employees are used to G Mail and switching to G Suites for email was very easy and intuitive.

Cons

I had trouble setting up my domains, but the customer service representatives were extremely helpful.

Pros

Nice UI, low learning curve, packs with features, drive, email, additional storage, google site etc

Cons

Folder and file collaborating in team is not that easy. Need a tech savvy person to understand and keep to it, most likely to get stuck with file and folder sharing complexity.

I do use google g-mail, google docs, google drive, google duo, and, my most favorite google sheets. I use them time to time but google docs and google g- mail daily. I find everything regarding google workpace amazing, easy to use, instant, rapid and convenient. I want to keep using it as it makes my professional life really easy.

Pros

It's compatibility and usage. Its vast features and services. All are my beloved. The desired feature for me is google- g- mail and google docs where I can generate my documents and transfer to anyone. It becomes easy and in a rapid use for me. Its integration with other social media apps (WhatsApp, facebook, snapchat etc.) is a compromised area. But all the email to email integrations are superb.

Cons

The capacity to upload and safe files. The free limit to save files is less. This quality must be inserted in it by increasing the limit to save files in free trials.

It's very uncomplicated and easy to use. It helps me to organize & store all my information with the same software plus I can retrieve it from any device provided I have my gmail login details.

Cons

Sometimes I need to make some files available offline, I wish it could automatically do that for all files.

Pros

What is not to love about this program. It saves my work automatically and I can always pick up where I left off.

Cons

Honestly, at this time there isn't anything that I could think of that is a Con. This program runs smoothly.

Awesome Productivity Apps on the Cloud

I use Gmail daily which is the best webmail I have ever used and other Google Workspace apps such as Docs, Sheets are very convenient to access and use on both desktop and mobile.

Pros

Google Workspace is available on the cloud so I can use a browser or smartphone to use it. It is very convenient. I do not need to install them on my computer.

Cons

In Google Drive Web App, when we change the view to sort the folders and files by the last modified date, it shows all folders first and then files. I would like to see the last modified files first, not folders. It makes me hard to find the files I need.

Go-to application for any Digitization Project

M-files is a must for any company seeking to implement digital transformation initiatives in their company. I love best is its extensive feature set and seamless integration with Microsoft products (e.g., office, IIS server, MS SQL, Windows, etc.) The workflow feature is easy to customize, setup, and implement. It will change the way you deal with paper documents once you experience how easy it is to digitize, and manage your documents. The OCR functionality is a beast! Just like having Google on your local repository, reading through the very contents of your digital documents.

Pros

The thing I like the most is the seamless integration with Microsoft products. This made it easy for implementing the use of M-files into our office workflow (it works well from within Outlook, Microsoft Office, even Windows Explorer). The creation of a Workflow is made very easy via a graphical workflow editor. Just a little learning curve and we are able to setup the different manual processes into a solid digital workflow for the office (e.g., filing for leave, routing of papers for approval, storing scanned copies of contracts and any kind of document in the office).

Cons

When implementing on a large scale (e.g., company-wide) we really had to sit down and plan out our licensing arrangement. Note that M-Files comes in a variety of licensing options (e.g., read-only, named user, concurrent user). Some offices can possibly share licenses (but number of active sessions will be limited). Planning out the best license option is quite a task since we were woking on a limited buget and we had to optimize the value-for-money setup we can have. It can also be a bit overwhelming for new users. We had a bit of difficulty in the deployment since we had to train all the users (who found it not so intuitive at first). But then, after the training, it has then been integrated well for our daily use.
