Pros

Love it, love it love it. As a small business, it has al of the tools we need to run and operate our business.
My overall experience with Google Workspace has been great. There are so many useful tools within it and it is perfect for a business owner.
A really great place to work out of, ease of use is 10/10, and just really a workplace's best friend.

Cons

For example, inserting code into a google doc is sometimes ugly and extremely inconvenient. I imagine there are other similar specialized use cases that should be added.
We did run into occasional glitches and bugs, especially where access permissions are concerned, which can be a problem.
At times when files are imported from external apps such as Microsoft 360 for example there are loss of formatting and data types which is inconvenient.

I gave a 6 on recommending it I would always prefare to have a face to face meeting. But overall love it life happens and wether one of the kids stay home from school you can still meet one of the best things created

I wish the search option would skate across any and all email addresses. Sometimes I'm searching for an email under the wrong address and not able to recover it because it's under a different Gmail address.

G Suite -- From a Daily User

Overall experience is pretty good. I enjoy the calendar feature as well.

Pros

The most important pro about this software is its accessibility. Whether I am on an Android or IPhone, the G Suite can be accessed. While away from the office, I utilize my phone consistently and that is a definite pro!

Cons

I utilize email to send to an array of clients. When creating a label to utilize when sending to the masses, it is difficult to create a label with ease, there are multiple steps. If the recipient is a frequent contact, I would like to just type a few letters and be able to locate the email to add it to a label.

Mostly noted in the Pro section above - ease of use and shareability. <- is that a word?

Pros

I work together with my wife and we got tired of emailing things back and forth to each other. With gsuite all of our emailing is linked to the docs we store in our shared drive, so everything is accessible and sharable instantly. You can even downlod things stright to the drive so there os no download folder on the desktop to have to deal with and upload again somewhere else. Having the shared calendar and task list is also a bonus. Everything is in one place and so easy to access. Even if I'm out on my bike and get a spurt of creativity, I can just pull over and edit the documents right from my phone. So easy!

Cons

I did have a little trouble at first with the structure of the accounts. I have a drive, she has a drive, and there is a shared drive. The chat support is REALLY helpful, so as soon as I knew what I needed to do, it was done. Not much else to dislike.

Il n'existe aucune assistante, même en ligne, en cas de problème. Quand ça marche tout est bon mais le jour où vous avez un souci vous serez contraint de passer par un prestataire payant juste pour solutionner un problème de base.

Cons

La base de données de l''assistance en ligne est obsolète et apporte des solutions qui n'existe pas.

Everything is a pro. From simple email to complex data analysis, the workspace covers it all.

Cons

Option to add additional guests to calender invites as a invitee is something that would help. Options to auto mark as read in email, based on time

Cons

Sometimes excel works better, and the live feature can sometimes be confusing. Setting up offline editing should be asked to be done first, rather than after.

One Workplace for EVERYTHING!

Excellent - I would never NOT use Google Workspace. As the Administrator of our main Workspace (and not being IT-minded at all) I have no problem navigating the functionalities and permissions for my team. The collaborative nature of Google Workspace saves our Agency time and money.

Pros

Migrating our team over to Google Workspace 2 1/2 years ago was the best organizational decision we made. It has allowed us to keep all our work, files, systems, etc in one place that works seamlessly with many other programs and software our Agency uses. The ability to collaborate in real-time on documents has saved us hours of time each week. There is an intuitiveness to Workspace that other programs don't have. Customer support has been exceptional - especially in the early days when we were migrating everything, as well as when we've had to merge with other software.

Cons

I would like to see (or just understand better) how Workspace can integrate/work with Adobe Pro especially for creating hyperlinks within documents.

SO easy to pick up right where you left off on any computer/device. It'scrzy that people still use an office suite that can't be stored in the cloud and accessed from any device!

Cons

There could be some cool features or a "PRO" plan, but the ease of use and accessibility is what people love about G Suite.

I have been using it for years and it played the perfect role of assistant and made my work easy. I don't want to name it but sometimes I feel that Google spreadsheets are way better than the dominant competitor Especially when it comes to living sheets.

Pros

It is too easy to use that even a new guy can use it like a pro. All features and options are right there in from of us.

Cons

Late email delivery (1 or 2 mins delay) is the only thing that needs to be worked on. It happens rarely but still needs to be fixed.

Cons

Lack of offline versions is the only pro I see in G suite. The web version, although good is a bit slower since it's running on the browser.

Overall G Suite is a good value product and it's easy to use.

Pros

The Basic Plan provides a good value for small businesses. The cost is low and it packs with a lot of features. The second Pro is it keeps improving. I have been using the Basic Plan for about 9 years and I've seen a lot of new functions added to the Suite throughout the years. Another Pro is that it's easy to use and almost no user training is needed for new users. Fast self repair is another benefit of using this software. A lot of time, Google fixes a service issue before my user notices.

Cons

The biggest Con is also the Pro. It keeps improving, that means it keeps changing. Even a minor user interface changes, it can make some users confused sometimes.

My main pro for G Suits is the storage space. I can easily stores tons of data worth of files and send them via email since it is in the cloud.

Cons

Nothing so far. Setup was easier than I expected, if it could be simpler that would be great. But honestly it was extremely easy so I don't expect it to be easier.

For the most part, i like GSuite but there are a lot of improvements to be made.

Pros

So the biggest pro of using Gsuite is that you can basically create a separate phone in your own phone. You can separate work from personal files and folders. This helps in security

Cons

The constant need for changing the user password can be a real nuisance at times. But then again, more security.

easy to use software for business work

overall i am satisfied that i've been able to suit it to my best productive use. its user friendly feature has been a blessing for me. The wide variety of Tools it provides are truly very useful for a user.

Pros

it works in the same manner on any browser. its user interface and management is very pro user friendly. It offers a good variety of features to a business owner at the same platform.

Cons

offline editing has some challenges , can be done mostly on Google Chrome. Also the number of softwares it offers, it is also a bit time consuming for a business owner to select which one suits them the best. One has to properly spend time in order to decide which one works best for them.

G Suite is great for email usage and management. It is great when you want to share docs and/or collaborate with others on those shared docs.

Pros

G Suite allows you to access it from anywhere and any computer as it is not software installed on a computer but rather web based.

Cons

It's cloud based but I guess that's really a pro. I don't have anything negative to say about this program as it is my go to application for business and personal usage.

Overall experience with G-Suite is good, and I'm not considering using any other software for the purposes I use G-Suite.

Pros

The best thing about G-Suite is the fact it's an "all-in-one" type of program. Ever updating, G-Suite offers nearly any program that you could need for your office (and some you didn't even know you needed!).

Cons

G-Suite's simple design is plain, yet effective. Also, if there was a way to be introduced to newly added features rather than to just discover them on your own, that would be a major pro.

Rediffmail pro is a simple email service. Small businesses may use it, considering the price point.

Pros

Rediffmail is cheap compared to other alternatives like GSuite or Microsoft outlook. All ordinary email functions like sending and receiving emails work fine, and it has a dedicated mobile app too.

Cons

The web-based interface is cluttered; it looks like a 19th-century website. Further, there is no integration with file storage like Google Drive etc. It is a standalone product and can't be integrated easily with other cloud services.
