Google Calendar a tool to control your time.

11/08/2017

This is a good tool when we think about time. During the business day, the time goes off so fast. But this tools allows the user to control better his To-dos, meetings, rooms and many other things. It shows you your partner schedule, making it easier to see when you can invite him for a lunch, a meeting or even a party.

Pros

Easy tool to control time, seeing company agenda, to invite people, link to google hangout, etc.

Cons

If a friend has something on his agenda, you cannot see what it is, so you have to talk to him for a meeting on that time.

It is a free, efficient scheduling app to schedule your meetings, events, and work tasks. It is integrated with Gmail so it is even more efficient and convenient to use.

A Surefire Way to Manage Reminders, Appointments and Events

10/06/2017

Pros

It's very easy to set up anything from reminders about simple tasks to online meetings involving multiple people all over the world. It has many intuitive features — for example, if you enter an exact location into your meeting, it will send you a reminder about when to leave your current location to get there on time. Works seamlessly across multiple devices, is accessible from anywhere, and operates in conjunction with the other Google Suite apps. Many external apps can easily sync with Google calendar, such as a Wix webpage.

Cons

The interface is a little bit plain and underwhelming. You have some color/theme options but not much.

Best calendar app so far...

09/06/2017

Pros

I use Google Calendar for everything - business, personal, family and even my cat has her own calendar. Creating events and adding documents is the best. I also love the video chat integration - some people you just want to see. The mobile app is the bee's knees!

Cons

I don't have any cons, but a few suggestions. It would be nice to add calendars from more apps, and an easier way to do it inside of Google Calendar (TripIt would be nice :). Also, for customers who pay for Google Apps, it would be nice have a scheduling feature as a customizable, shared link so clients can choose one of 3 proposed times to meet. And lastly, making the Goals setting in the mobile app accessible in the browser too... maybe as another calendar?

Google Calendar helps keep me organized.

07/06/2017

Pretty sure I put every event in Google Calendar. I LOVE having it all in one place and on every device perfectly in sync. Making sure I know what is going on and when is very important for my sanity, my business and my family, I love how easy Google Calendar makes it.

Pros

You can link multiple calendars with ease and viewing other's calendars they have shared with you is super simple too. I also like that you can color-code events to match up with whatever your organizational method is, which makes it easy to keep track of what event is for what project/person/effort.

Cons

Sometimes events that cross time zones get a little wonky and since I work with people all over the globe, that gets a little annoying. But generally that is easily fixed with a convo and some setting changes.

Google calendar is an easy way to keep track of al your events! Emails you receive with airline confirmations, or meeting appointments will automatically be included in your calendar, it is the easiest way to keep all your to dos and upcoming events in one place. You can have more than one calendar so this makes time management so simple. Ideal for families who want to keep track of important events.

Pros

Automatically downloads important information regarding appointments, future flights, etc.. from your gmail. You can have more than one calendar, ideal for families!

Not every email in automatically downloaded to your calendar if it is not in the correct format. If you have too many events in one day you might not see them all until you click on that particular day.

Daily use

09/08/2016

I love that an app I use so often works so well. I must open the app 20 times a day, at a bare minimum. Google knew what they were doing when they designed this calendar app. The flat design and easiness to navigate puts it at the top of my charts everyday.

Pros

Great user interface. Attractive flat surface design. Always synced up. New cool task/reminder feature

Cons

I can't see calendar notes in the list view. But that's no deal breaker for me.
