We use Google Drive on a daily bases, and we would be lost without it. The collaboration and file sharing options are of our greatest importance.
Google Drive is one of the best cloud storage providers. It offers integration with Google Docs and Google Sheets which is one of the best things it has, including with a lot of third-party apps. Also, the collaboration option is one of the most important tools, and that helps our Company with the day to day work.
Here I would mention only the file sharing security, maybe it has to have stronger security option.

I have great experiences with Google Drive as it allows me to save space on my computer and easily connect to third party apps which i need in my day to day online business.
It has Google Docs integration and many Third Party Apps which are easily accessible, thus saving you time and money.
Security is a nagging factor as the file sharing security is weak. A private encryption option would be useful.

I have good experience as a free user of storage space
Drive is the good platform to store your data. It allows you store upto 15 gb. However you can increase it by purchasing the space.
Security needs to be increase. An unauthorized person can interfere with your data. Security for drive need to be increase.

I use Drive for 3 different google accounts for business, personal and volunteering. I love that I can use it with other google applications. The ability to create docs and spread sheets, and have others edit them in real time is incredibly convenient.
The ability to create, save, share and access with ease.
Security and privacy could be improved.

Google docs does the job but would like it to act more like an FTP server to allow for different levels of security. I found this product to be best suited for simple file sharing but on a mass scale I'm not sure how it works.
Easy to use and sharing of documents
Better security for large scale distribution

I like using Google Drive I am still using it at home the company that I work for changed it out
I like the ease of use of this program when I need something I’m able to look it up on Google to see how to use it in the correct way it’s like having your own personal secretary giving you the information you need
The file size limits and the security risks even though they were lots of security systems of multi levels in it

The benefits I have experienced overall using Drive is that I am able to store white papers I read at home and store them into the Drive and read them anywhere else on a device with Google Drive.
The Google Drive has helped me store important presentation files into the cloud and use them later on a different computer when it was time for presentation time.
Security is something Google focuses on, however, people still have concerns about security breaches and the chance data can be snooped.

I have been using google drive for as long as I have had a Gmail account. Feels like over 10 years. I have used it for both business and personal. I consider it an Invaluable tool that everyone should take the time to learn how easy it is to use.
The ease of use, the ease of functionality. Not knowing how or what to expect from a cloud based storage. Google takes the time to explain and walk you through the process. The ability to access your files and data from anywhere on various devices is optimum.
Sometimes I get worried about the security. I wish there were 2 part security. ie: login from unkn device- use passcode

I enjoy the feature of being able to share files with many different users.
Google drive is simple, straight-forward, and easy to use. It's well supported and available for free.
Security model is weak. We do not use this software in our business. I use for personal only due to the security.

I have enjoyed it. It is great for cloud storage and I will continue to use it!
I've used Google Drive for years. I used it throughout college and as a professional in the field. It has been consistent and safe way to make sure I don't lose my documents and media (Yes, I have had two computers crash on me and lost everything before). This past year, however, I have used it even more at my school, as I have my documents for students and the documents/slides that we used in our district. It has a lot more features than I knew of. I enjoy being able to collaborate across our district with others during e-learning (since we cannot meet in large groups like we did in the past). We have been sharing so many wonderful things with one another.
I would say security. I think when you compare it to its competitor, the security is not as good and could be improved.

Great interaction with Sales and Technical support during software selection. Availability of a test drive to check that system fits our needs.
Converts most document formats to a Secured PDF and a Secured Browser-viewable webpage. Versioning keeps everyone updated. Access controls are granular enough to control almost all end users interactions. Users management is simple. Cost is one of the best for a Entreprise class solution

Satisfied. Customer service is helpful and have been able to resolve most issues quickly.
It is easy to use and does the job it needs to do.
I would like to see more features such as a secure way to put digital files on a thumb-drive or flash card. Also, I would suggest the following for files viewed online to make it function more inline with how adobe acrobat functions. - Add a toolbar button to show one page at a time and allow users to use PgUp/PgDown to flip (no scrolling) to the previous/next page. And make this compatible with a remote. - Add a toolbar button for true full screen mode where even the annotation tools are hidden from view.
Thanks, Ryan for your detailed review. The option to download a protected PDF file and store or distribute them on thumb-drives or flash cards exists for years now. The issue is that your system is configured to use True SSO which requires your users first authenticate against your back-end. If you need to distribute files and have those users manually login to receive the secured content, then you...
