Great product, easy to use

Webmerge makes it easy for me to generate quotes for my customers. It works well and does what it is supposed to. It allows me the flexibility to post information into a template using an API and have the system generate a PDF. Webmerge makes it easy to work with and Excel and Word documents.

Pros

Ability to easily test, multiple routes / destinations to send merged documents, including Google Drive.

Cons

Limits on the number of merges are a bit low.

Saved Time is Saved Money

We had need of a tool that would allow us to create a Statement of Work for each of our customers. We wanted to be able to make a highly detailed document that can be flexibly changed to each opportunity. This tool works great and already works with other web based tools we use. Being able to control and lock in most portions of the document ensures we get consistent results and simplifies usage for all users.

Pros

Works well with Wufoo forms and our existing use of Google Apps/Google drive.

Cons

Being able to possibly trigger different documents depending on the choice from the wufoo form. We also currently use Wufoo Forms along with It DuzzIt. To get the flexibility we need. It would be nice for these tools to continue to work even closer together.

Webmerge has been an amazing tool for our organization.

Pros

Webmerge has a very robust templating system and offers a large catalog of integration tools and API access which enables us to develop automated solutions in a secure and timely manner.

Cons

Right now they only support Amazon S3, Google Drive, Box, and Dropbox.

Great product with great support

Pros

I can even save the doc as a google doc into the appropriate file in google drive.

Cons

This is one powerful tool that does what it does perfectly. I cannot think of any cons for the software.

A must-have for every nonprofit!

Pros

We love the delivery options, from saving PDF's in our google drive to printing directly to our cloud-enabled printer.

Cons

The value for the plan is steep for a nonprofit - we would like to be able to merge more documents but cost has limited us to just one workflow.

A great dynamic content generation tool

Pros

I could also generate outputs that could be emailed, stored in Google Drive or many other places.

Cons

The only thing that I didn't like was the pricing model, which I think didn't quite align with my business model. That said, it would have cost me a lot more to get started building something without WebMerge, so overall it was worth the price.

What is most striking about WebMerge is that it includes ideal integrations for cloud storage and shipping. such as: Google Drive, Salesdorce, box ....

Cons

When using WebMerge for the first time we can find it difficult, it should include better tutorials to become familiar with all its tools. We can try this application for free, but then it is paid and can be expensive in some cases
