Product is user-friendly. I have had trouble with other software that would lead to frustration. Not once with Hightail.

No cons, I don't have any complaints whatsoever.

It is super easy to use and quick. I sent files to my designers and client and everyone can download easiy.

I miss my desktop app. does this still exist. can I download?

Hightail is a great means of sharing large files with clients. The hasslefree experience really streamlines the proofing process.

I have no complaints about Hightail. It's a great tool for sharing files that are too big to be sent via email.

It delivers my files. Performs as expected.

No app for my Mac as I originally started with. After the acquisition there was a lapse of service. Mail to customer service went unanswered. Screens are not intuitive and I find it awkward to get done what I originally signed up for - send large files quickly and easily.

Very easy to use, and transports large files effortlessly.

There is nothing to dislike, everytime we use Hightail, it does exactly what it says on the tin.

It’s pretty easy to use, have good user interface. It allows to share massive files.

Nothing much really. They have a data cap which bothers me sometimes, but I can very well understand that's necessary.

It's easy to use. In our fast paced environment, we need tools like this that require little effort to use. I love how there is a mobile app as well as plugins to Outlook.

My company primarily uses Hightail for its base function - to send large files that cannot be attached via e-mail. For this purpose, it works great. I've never had a client complain about not being able to access or understand how to use the download link. The security settings allow for protection to ensure your link expires after a certain date as well.

The 'Spaces' feature hasn't taken off at my company so far, as we still opt to use the traditional share link. The ability to collaborate and share via that route doesn't seem as intuitive as the traditional way of sharing large files.

Sending larger data files is absolutely seamless.

There's not really anything to dislike. It's perfect.

That my files are always being uploaded and sent without any problem

I pretty much don't have any complaints.

I love that it is extremely easy for everyone involved to use. Whether you are sending or receiving files, it's a very simple process which is so important when I use this service with clients.

I think it's a bit expensive to use for larger files. I would like to see a less expensive plan than PRO at $12 that will give you a bit more options than the FREE version. As it is, with FREE I cannot set an expiration date or password, but do not use the service enough to warrant paying the PRO monthly price.

It makes it very easy to send large files to a group or individual people.

The overall interface is a little hard to navigate but once you get used to it, its fine.

I like that the program does not have a size limit. I can set up a project and put documents in the folder without worrying about it bouncing back due to its size. I can also invite people to the projects and send them a link.

The least favorite feature is that the program does not allow for folders to be downloaded. Also, sometimes the documents take a little longer to upload and it causes the program to crash. This has happened to me on a few occasions.

What I like is that it is always working. I can store past files. It easy for my customers to use to. They don't need to have Hightail to receive documents.

No lots of people use it and so they seem nervous when I bring it up.

It is easy to use. I have a pretty basic business and it is just what I need for my day-to-day for sending, receiving and managing documents.

Using Hightail for my business is a wonderful tool, allows me to share real big files and give me the opportunity to learn if the customer has downloaded it.

Super simple to use. I love the drag and drop feature as well as the password protection and expiration date options.

I wish there was a history of the files that I have sent with links included. I also issues with the expiration date feature.
