Pros

I like the ability to create room, private and public for communication, the ability to add your own emojis is a nice touch as well. Dark mode is a great modern feature.
I like the ability to add alerts and have team members acknowledge the alerts as well. It's a great productivity tool and the connectivity is awesome.
It is a good normal chat, but it was not a superb solution for me at work. You can find any similar or better solutions for free.

Pros

This is a product for those who want a bit of “help desk” but not too much. The tools are easy to use and will help you navigate through the complicated world of customer relationships.
Nice features for the free package. Map information and e-mail transcription of each conversation are very interesting.
Clickdesk has nice features to turn on. You can customize the feature the ways you like to make more clear for customers.

Cons

The only issue I can think of this Software is when you are using it on a mobile phone, sometimes it does not alert you whenever there is a message so there is an instance that you will miss it.
Also, the inability to have custom notifications depending on the rooms that you need is also a problem.
When you tried a wrong password too many times, it asks to select pictures with or without some type of images but its very buggy. Most of the times there are no responses.

Cons

Terrible business practice and on principle alone would NEVER advise doing business with this company.
In my case one single user is enough since we do not have visitors that demand more than this. Sometimes (rarely) it seems to become disconnected but I am not sure if it is a problem with the app.
ClickDesk really pushes you hard and incessantly to upgrade, which gets a bit annoying after a while.
