Pros

My experience with Huddle has been really amazing and helpful. I like that it supports top security for your files thus making it a very secure solution for file management.
Easy to use, user friendly and as administrator i find that the Huddle Help team brilliant.
It is very simple and easy to manage the leads and collorabate information. Comforting to know that all the information is safe and secure as well.

Pros

I absolutely love Confluence. I am a pack rat when it comes to process and project documentation, and Confluence is my perfect companion for sharing that info in an easy and beautifully formatted way.
Its integration with JIRA is one of the best benefits that we've enjoyed. You can highlight the text of the task in the minutes or in the project description and add it as a JIRA task.
This is a good platform for documenting stuff and using it company wide. You can arrange pages in a fine manner which is good because everything stays at place then and does not become cumbersome.

Cons

I am SWOTing Huddle as we are trialing the software for enterprise use. Some major flaws that are hard to ignore with a couple I consider "critical points of failure.
I work with large documents and I’m struggling to navigate back to my original spot in the document (after clicking on an in-text link). I must be missing something.
I think it would be harsh to give a 4 star rating because it don't have that.

Cons

It has interruptions problem will make it useless. Design by Groupthink so its lack of design commit features.
It can be a bit difficult to navigate if you’re not working in Confluence frequently and you’re not familiar with how your organization has configured the project trees.
For example, I could not figure out a way to prevent a Unix filename string from being broken on a slash due to wraparound. There should be a way to mark a string as "non-breaking", but there is not.
